My mother is in rehab now at Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Harmarville. The people have been very nice, so far. They seem to know what they're doing. She's been eating the food and getting what she ordered. The nurses are very calm. My mom is deaf, so they are writing stuff down on the whiteboard that we have. The therapy is the only thing that we're not thrilled with because me and my sister are not allowed in the therapy room with her when she does it. The facility is nice, but it's very, very big. You have to walk pretty far to get to the rooms. It's a great place, but it's way too expensive.
