Point Pleasant Retirement had a lot of what I was looking for. They had very nice apartments and very interactive staff. They offered housekeeping, meals included, and things like that, but if I would get to the point where I need more than just somebody, maybe helping with laundry or bathing or something, you would have to go elsewhere. I knew someone that lived there, and they were very happy while they lived there, but they had to move because they needed assistance more than they could provide. The staff was very nice though and it was a very nice place. It's very well kept and they had a lot of the amenities you might want.

I enjoyed the atmosphere at Point Pleasant Retirement. Everybody seemed very welcoming (not only the staff, but the residents as well), and they just wanted to share about all the exciting things they do within the community. Susie was very knowledgeable about the facility, including the residents themselves, and the interactions that she had with them were just refreshing to see: the care and compassion she showed for them. They serve three meals a day. They have a courtyard and a walking path.

Point Pleasant Retirement was a very nice place. It was very clean. The people that I spoke with were very pleasant and helpful. It looked like an all-around nice place. They've kept in touch with me to see if anything has changed. It was immaculate. It looked brand new. It was very well cared for. The rooms that I saw were very large and very clean. Their courtyard was very nicely maintained. Of course, it was November, so nobody was out. The dining area was also very clean.

Point Pleasant is absolutely beautiful. The staff is fantastic. We hit it off one, two, three. If I could afford it, I'd move in tomorrow, but right now I can't afford that. I am independent right now, but from what I saw, they offer a lot of nice amenities. The place is absolutely beautiful. The people that were there are fantastic. The patients that I saw are very happy. They look very engaged. Big, beautiful dining room. The staff was very caring. If I could, I'd move in tomorrow. They have independent living and they have assisted living. Anybody that I talked to that resided there was quite happy, and the staff is fantastic. I was invited for lunch, but I haven't gone there yet. It was lunchtime and the meal looked delicious. Everybody was eating and seemed very pleasant. I saw the whole list of their activities. They get their money's worth.

I really like the Point Pleasant Retirement. I thought that place was very nice. It was a bright and clean. It was a welcoming facility. They have positive staff members and people that make eye contact and greet you. It seemed that all of the accommodations were appropriate, and all the available accommodations were acceptable. It was spacious. I have not sampled a meal, but I saw the dining facility. It was restaurant-style at the time due to COVID restrictions, and it looked like a nice dining area. I really enjoyed the coordinator. She was lovely.

I went to Point Pleasant Retirement. It was very nice, roomy, the apartments were very nice, very roomy. The staff was very nice. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and she answered all our questions. The food was very good. It was tasty, just right, and it was just good. It was very clean, plenty of space to sit around and enjoy yourself, plenty of things to do, it just seemed like it's very nice. We're very impressed. They have transportation, they have a small workout room. Everything there was very nice.

Point Pleasant Retirement is beautiful. Everybody is nice and all the attendants are pleasant. They all seem to enjoy the place. My mother-in-law is going to have a very nice little apartment. It's very clean and has a very large walk-in bathroom. We had lunch there with my brother-in-law, and their food was enjoyable. The dining area is also pleasant, bright, and clean. They have activities every day and excursions that they can go out to. They have a beauty/barbershop, a projection room where they show movies, activities room, and a laundry room on each floor. The place is nice. It looks like an elegant hotel.

I had toured the facility and was so impressed. My Mom moved into a studio apartment with a beautiful view. It is perfect space for what we needed for her. Heather and the staff are wonderful. There isn't a time that they haven't been there for us when a situation has came up. Always very pleasant, never making you feel like a burden or unimportant.. The facility is very clean and bright. The rooms are cleaned once a week, bathroom towels are washed and replaced weekly. Cleaning staff has always been very helpful. Three meals a day are included in the pricing. They offer a variety of options if you are not happy with what the have on the daily menu. There are a variety of activities to get involved in....would never be bored. I am grateful we found this facility, so very grateful for Heather and her staff.

I liked Point Pleasant a lot. You get three meals included in your monthly rent, and no added fees at all. The people were friendly. The food was good. They had lots of places to walk or to sit outside and a nice huge sunroom with lots of trees and plants in it. They had activities, a small bus to take people different places, and a calendar of events. They clean your apartment once a week, and they change and wash the bedding. Tenants do their own laundry in the building's laundry facilities.

Point Pleasant Retirement Community was wonderful. I highly recommend it. The apartments were different sizes. They were getting ready to go on a trip when I was there. There was a library.

My visit to Point Pleasant Retirement Community was beautiful. The people were courteous and the place was absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They have a salon and a balcony area outside where the people can entertain. The eating facility was big and beautiful, and they had coffee and cookies for the residents, which was really nice. They also have a courtesy vehicle that takes residents shopping and to their doctors' appointments.

Point Pleasant is different from living in a luxury townhouse. Also, I'm only 57 years old, and I thought it wasn't my population. It was homey and it has a small fitness center. The person who assisted me was sociable. The dining area was spacious and big, and the dining staff was very attentive. When I was there I saw they were having trivia time, and there where three questions made up by a member of the senior living facility, which was nice. I liked the small library, and the long patio that goes back into the woods was OK. They had board games too.

Point Pleasant was a beautifully set up community and the people were nice. There really was a lot of good things about the community, but it's a bit pricey for me. The people I met were very cordial and informative, and the place itself was very clean.

I used to live at Point Pleasant and it's a good place. It was a package, so you need to take the food plan, which was excellent, but I didn't really need the food or the cleaning because I do all that myself. It was an excellent place with excellent people. They were always filling up that movie room with something or other. The food is excellent.

If you are going to scale Point Pleasant from 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I will say it is 20. It is an excellent place. The staff is friendly, helpful, kind, considerate, compassionate, and always on-call. My sister is in a studio apartment, so it is one very large area. We have it divided with her bed and nightstand on one side with dresser and everything, and the other is a living area. There is a kitchenette -- which is very nice -- with a microwave and a refrigerator. There is a very nice large bathroom with a walk-in shower. The amenities are really nice. It is in a beautiful location, and there is a gorgeous dining hall, which serves them 3 meals a day plus snacks in between if they want. Their activity director is wonderful. She has huge activity room where she has crafts going on. There is bingo, movie nights, exercise classes, and many field trips because they have their own shuttle bus and takes them either to restaurants, shopping, church, and different places.
