My father just moved here. He's a level one in assisted living. I like it there, I like the people, I like what I saw, and it's also cheaper. The staff are all very helpful and nice. He likes everything there too. The community is very clean, safe, and friendly. They have a whole calendar of activities that they do and places that they go. The place is at the top of a hill. I didn't eat any of the food but my dad says it's great. I didn't experience any activities but they gave me a calendar, and I saw them, they look good.

I toured Tanner Spring Assisted Living & Memory. They seemed very disorganized when I got there. They weren't really expecting me even though I had an appointment. So I had to wait for a while for somebody to take me around; that kind of was discouraging. I liked their facility. It was quite nice. People looked happy when I walked through. I saw some of the food being delivered, but I couldn't tell what it was, so I was a little concerned about that. They were very open and they answered all my questions. So, it didn't seem perfect, but it's a possibility. They had pretty small rooms, but it looked well planned. If I remember correctly it was a place where you either had a shower in your own bathroom or you had to go down the hall to a shower room. The staff was very good. They were pretty casual about dealing with me, which was fine. On the tour I was able to see them interact with their residents. They were wonderful at interacting with their residents. I thought that was very nice. I just wish they'd been more prepared for me to come.

I toured Tanner Spring Assisted Living Community. I like the staff, and I like the way the building is physically arranged. The rooms were nice, but they weren't as nice as the other place I visited. The staff was just amazing. The director there was just a great help, and his professional qualifications are top-notch. I was just very impressed. I just viewed the kitchens, and they were good. This facility is a little older, it was a good kitchen, but it's a little older facility. You could see the wear on it. It was very well kept up. They were going to do some repainting and redecorating and so forth. So, they're trying to keep it as best they can. They had a salon, the patios, and the gardens. They had a recreation area and a gathering room. They called it the happy hour room. They also have libraries, reading corners, and a lot of other stuff.

I went to Tanner Spring Assisted Living Community. I liked the people, and I liked the facility. They just didn't have an opening. We're on a waiting list, but the whole experience was very positive. The room in memory care looked very comfortable; it's just one room. It looked just fine. Everything appeared clean, calm, and well-run. The tour was very well done, very well managed. The staff was very informative, very caring, and I actually enjoyed talking to her quite a lot. It was all around a pretty good place. They have a courtyard and they do have some outdoor space.

I did a tour. It was a wonderful experience. The people were nice. I can't remember the lady I spoke with who toured me around, but she is not a regular. I think she was the director. What I like is, when my mom is unable to undergo her own self-care, and then no longer assisted, she could just move right down to memory care which I thought is nice. They are remodeling right now, so they're updating all of their décors. They got new tables and chairs. It's looking nice. The courtyard is amazing, you feel like you're in the woods. Based on the tour and the knowledge of the people. Some of it was under construction, so that would be the only reason I would give it a four instead of a five

I had a good visit here. They were very good people and we enjoyed visiting with them. The building was okay. It was a relatively small community and seemed fairly well occupied. It didn't have a bunch of bedrooms. There were 1-bedroom rooms adjacent to each other. I didn't like the fact that it didn't have much in the way of a kitchen facility, but other than that, it was pretty nice.

We put down a deposit here to hold the place for my mom. I take her there for bingo, they let her come in and do things with the community so she can get used to it. It's a really nice place. They don't have independent living yet, so they have assisted living and memory care. It's smaller than the other ones I have been to and more personal. The staff members who accommodated us during the tour was very engaging, helpful and very welcoming. You can tell that they care about what they do. The private apartments that we saw are nice, they are about the same as you would expect. They have a studio and a 1-bedroom apartment, I know they're replacing all the little refrigerators. They're kind of plain, you can do what you want to when you move in. The dining area doesn't look so cafeteria-like, it reminds me more of a restaurant atmosphere. My mother commented that the furniture and everything look nice.

My mother was a resident here in the memory care level. I thought they took excellent care of her during the time she was there. The staff tried to get her involved with things even though she mainly refused. The food was certainly good and nutritious enough, they just couldn't use any salt because of all the residents' diets. We paid through Medicare.

I have a friend who just moved here. It seems like a nice, clean place. The people who work there seem nice. Her room is lovely. She has a nice-sized bedroom, bathroom, and a kitchenette.
