When my mom moved into The Springs At Sunnyview, it was brand new. The staff was pretty good. The only thing that I noticed that I also wondered about was the dining room staff changed quite a bit. It was a nice facility, smaller than most of them around here, but still very nice. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The first room she was in was great. She was all by herself, but she had a 2-bedroom apartment. We didn't have to go looking for a bed elsewhere when we visited her. She later moved into a studio apartment because she was becoming infirm and they don't have assisted living at The Springs. They were giving her more care, but they decided that she needed to move into a studio apartment instead of having that 2-bedroom.

I was very pleased with the cottage I saw at The Springs at Sunnyview. It's big. There are two bedrooms and there's a garage there. That was a selling point, and I liked that it was available already. It's attractive. They have help staff available. They have a very small exercise room, like one treadmill and one bicycle, and they do exercise classes a couple of times a week. The food was good, too.

We toured The Springs At Sunnyview for my grandfather. It's beautiful when you pull in and when you walk in, it's beautiful. The food was good, too. The rooms are beautiful. It's perfect with a full kitchen. It was great. The staff was wonderful as well.

The Springs at Sunnyview has a salad bar, and they serve a variety of sandwiches. The dining room is open between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. They have studios and apartments with kitchenettes. It is a small community and is accessible to shopping centers. The biggest thing for me is that it's about a couple of blocks away from where my sons live with their mother.

We visited The Springs at Sunnyview. It was wonderful, clean, and had a lot of amenities. The person who gave the tour was very good at his job and very enthusiastic. We had a meal there, and the food was good. The staff was very friendly. It was a very nice alternative for someone looking for that kind of living. The cottage didn't have much of a kitchen. It was very limited and wasn’t exactly what we were looking for, but it was very nice.

The tour went well. Room was small, and price was reasonable, but still more than can handle. They did have activities for residents to participate in.

We did find one for my mother in Salem. The Springs is the best fit. The staff is fabulous, and the rooms are beautiful. The dining room is very clean. It is like a resort. They take us shopping, and we will be having music. They have bingo, and they have games.

My mom is currently at The Springs. We chose it because the accommodation is very nice and the price is good, better than I have seen. She has a very new apartment with a full kitchen, a bedroom, living room and a bathroom. She has a balcony. They have a chef and the food is wonderful. The people who run the place are very down-to-earth and caring people. They know every single resident. They know their families. It is like a big family community. It is not a huge community. They have 75 people who live there. Even though it is an independent living, they have two skilled people that stay there 24 hours in case people need assistance. They have an emergency button in their bathroom and one they were in their necks. We are very happy.
