I have a family member who lives at Arcadia Senior Living. I appreciate the care and support that they have given my family member. I was at a loss of where I could take my family member because all other facilities turned her down due to her high acuity. But Arcadia was wonderful and made the transition go so smoothly and my family member is thriving due to the love and support and excellent care she is receiving. I highly recommend Arcadia Senior Living to anyone who needs a place to call home.

They will not refund your deposit even if it's been less than 24 hours since you went to reserve an apartment even if you have not signed a contract stating you wanted to rent an apartment. Acadia refused to refund my full deposit of $4,000. I had to continually bug them to get them to even return half of that deposit. No one made me aware of this fact until my mother ended up going to the hospital instead of Acadia and I called for refund and they said no it's in your packet I had no idea or I would have never ever given them such a huge deposit

My mom is at Arcadia Senior Living and we chose this place for her because of the level of care that was offered and the availability to be able to administer that. The place is very clean and good with attention. Things are just a little slow right now because I think they have staffing issues, but I know that happens everywhere. They have a nice big dining room area and many multipurpose rooms such as libraries, card rooms, and game rooms. They have exercise classes with small weights and things to help them with their balance. They also have a very good chef. All the meals are basically geared around a diabetic type style, so it's very healthy dining. I actually tried their food a little bit, and it's not bad at all. The staff is very polite and very attentive too. It's a very nice facility.

Arcadia Senior Living is beautiful and clean, and they have lots to offer. They have a large dining room, a great cook, and the food there is awesome. The rooms were just fine, my friend had a little studio which was okay. The expense is a little high, but not any higher for these places in the area. My friend's care just continued to snowball and ended up being complete care which ended up costing around $8,000 a month. It was expensive but it was his need. He was not impressed with the care, they couldn't seem to get his medication to him on time or get him the right time. This was mainly because they have a lot of green staff, and when he moved in most of their staff had only been there for an average of a week. So they didn't really know anything about how to handle patients, maneuver them, or how to get them to the commode. The management was very kind, nice and approachable, they're very concerned about this COVID-19 with regards to their staff and their residents. They were very careful with what they did and how they did it, so I was impressed. They have a beautiful dining room, very large, open, plush, spacious and open community. They also have a little knitting group, they put out a notice for activities which you could sign up for if you want to do them, and outside tours that those that are able to take that. Once a week, they have transportation to doctor's appointments, an exercise room for strengthening and mobility. They also have a gardeners club, a big family room where you can have a gathering for birthday parties. It's just very nice and they have sitting areas in the hallways.

My dad is now a resident of Arcadia Senior Living and so far he's happy with it and we like it. Their surroundings are okay, his apartment is a studio and it's actually really nice. They provide all the meals and they have some scheduled activities for the residents. There's also transportation available and nurse on staff. We've experienced dining there and I enjoyed it. So far, the staff has been really pleasant. I don't really have complaints at this point. I would rate their facility a 4 since they don't have a lot of outdoor areas, but it's just okay for my dad's needs. I'll rate value for the money with a 4 also because they haven't explained the care to me yet. We're going to do it tomorrow.

Arcadia Senior Living has been very good so far. It's a very nice atmosphere, it's clean, and it's pretty new. The staff has been very attentive. They help in bathing, and they do medication distribution, laundry, housekeeping and meals. My brother's room is very nice, and nobody has lived in it. It's new, and it has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, the bathroom is very nice for somebody who's using a wheelchair and a walker, and it's got a very large walk-in shower. The food tastes just fine, and he doesn't complain about it at all. The dining area is new, clean, bright, and nice. They have various activities during the day, and they have a big exercise room that he's using.

Arcadia Senior Living was a brand-new community when we moved our loved ones in. It is very clean, and the layout is very open. The staff is helpful and seems to have good attitude, there's a lot of turnover though. The food is fine, although their vegetables are kind of hard to chew.
