Willamette Manor was not as clean. For one thing, they don’t have dementia care; so that was out. Their prices were very reasonable, but it wasn’t going to fit our needs. It was OK, but it wouldn’t work for us. From what I saw, the staff seemed OK. The rooms were pretty small.

Willamette Manor is clean, nice, warm, and welcoming. It is very basically run, and they accept Medicare and Medicaid patients. The staff are very friendly and caring. The rooms are small, but they are kept clean, and the residents are taken care of. They have a large dining room. It doesn't have the higher quality amenities, but it doesn't need any improving. The do have activities like Bingo, cards, and crafts. They have a bus that takes their clients to the store. It just doesn't have -- as my husband would say -- the bells and whistles that some of the others do.
