The rooms are tiny and not designed for two people. My mom has a bed that has been broken and it was not replaced until someone finally told me about it. (it still has not been replaced by the time I typed this) The food has been deplorable, for instance, my mom was given a plate of two cups of rice with a gravy that had bits of unrecognizable bits in it, and a quarter cup of canned cranberry sauce. She is a diabetic but this was what everyone was given. She was happy there, but lately, it smells so bad that I get nauseated visiting her. One resident was screaming over and over and ignored, (more than once. Six months ago she was accompanied and helped. Her roommate is angry and unhappy too. She was not showered for over a week. (she is not an angry or non-compliant person). The parent company needs to look into management. The management is deplorable. Currently, the staff are also unhappy, when they used to be happy. This has been an issue for over six months now. All I can do now is write reviews because the situation is so bad. My mom was not given a blood sugar test before this dinner and was not given anything to drink, not even water, even though I purchased drinks for her. For 31 residents (I counted) there were TWO people on staff. No wonder everyone is unhappy. On the other side of the building there are more people, at least 20, and when we went to find the med tech (there wasn't one) there was NO one over there....So two staff members for dinner with an attendant for over fifty residents!!!! This now makes sense as to why it smells like urine and vomit constantly, why the food is deplorable, and why my mom was not given anything.. (she is wheelchair bound) Also, many items have been stolen from my mom, a blanket, her walker, a speaker that went with her TV, a vase, multiple items of clothing. Her initial bed spread. Now she has three comforters I bought for her so she can recognize her bed, I will update if those suddenly go missing. I am tired of stating well it could be worse.....that is not a good reason to expect dignity for my mom's end of life stage. I have to replace items repeatedly.

I have been here many times to volunteer. The staff are kind and compassionate. It feels more like a family then just a business. Keep up the good work and thank you for doing such a wonderful job.

The building was secure. They have a big game room where they play cards and ping pong, and have a big dining room. The facility seemed to be very clean and very pleasant. The people were very nice. It seemed like a nice place to go. The staff was very accommodating.
