Sea View Senior Living is very complete. There are plenty of facilities for every activity and there's a very nice cafeteria or dining room. It appeared to be extremely well managed. They come in and clean your room. I was very impressed with the whole thing. The food is reasonable, cost-wise. Everything is just the way we want it. I've met two people. One is the girl in charge and the other was a receptionist, and they were both just perfect.

I did a tour of Sea View Senior Living. I could say the food was good because I did have lunch there. The people that helped you at your table were very nice and very helpful. I was very happy with it. The facility was clean and nice, and comfortable looking. The rooms were nice. I was there only a few hours, so that was my first impression.

My friend moved to Sea View Senior Living, and everything was good. The rate for the two of them is $6,150. I highly recommend it. It was very clean, the staff was amazing, and they were very friendly. The administration was good, everything was good, everything set them to a tee. My friend said the food was fabulous. They have an activity director and they've got something going on all the time. They have an outdoor deck and a parking lot for the residents if they still drive. They have plenty of outside space.

Sea View Senior Living was a very nice place. The staff was exceptionally friendly and cooperative. The apartments were extremely clean and well-furnished. They have all the amenities and their outdoors was attractive. We have a dog and there's a place for the dog to go. The dining area was laid out like a restaurant and the food was better than average.

Sea View didn't have the features or abilities that we needed. They were not able to bring mother's meals up to her when she was sick and an official told me they would, and then later she had to contradict herself and say that they couldn't do that. There was no place for her to walk. The place was completely surrounded by a fence and the only way out was through highway 101, which was kind of busy. She felt afraid to walk there to go someplace else. Otherwise, the food was good and the room was nice and had a good view. They had wine tastings once a month and they had a bus that would go to the grocery and department stores. The facility was very nice and the dining room was very well kept.

Sea View is very well run, it’s a clean environment, and it’s in pretty good condition. The staff is very good. I thought the food was pretty good, and the dining room was very modern, and with plenty of room. They have music, social hour, Bingo, and they have activities pretty much every night. During the day, they have outside people come in and do mini concerts for the elderly.

Sea View is a moderately large residential senior community, offering three different levels of care (independent, assisted, and memory care). Rooms vary in the amount of ocean view offered. On the east side of the building, the view is toward Hwy. 101 and the lush hillsides just beyond it. Our friend, one of the first people to move in, has a lovely ocean view from her third floor corner apartment on the west side. Ocean view rooms are probably not available to new residents because residents have first choice when any room becomes available. We dine with our friend regularly so I can say that the food, while institutional, has been of very good quality under two different chefs (the first leaving to open our town’s only high quality restaurant). There is a wild wetlands area in the center of the west side of the building, surrounded by a raised deck, and we used to watch the deer during dinner but it has grown so lush that they are nearly invisible now. Sea View is also quite community-oriented, offering my wife's family caregivers' support group a free meeting space, supporting the various festivals and activities around our small town, and using their shuttle bus to take residents to those festivals and activities. If we had to give up our home to live in such a community, I would have no qualms in moving into Sea View. I can speak from experience about its comparative quality because, 10 years before Sea View was built, we had to place my mother in another facility in town. It was recently-built, appeared very nice, and seemed very comfortable. However, after three years of declining quality, we moved her in with us because lack-of-care issues, including them ignoring her very obvious incontinence. In contrast to our experience, I watched a friend of our friend's gradually decline in her abilities. Sea View allowed her to remain in the general population as long as it was possible before recommending to her family that she would do better in Brightcreek, Sea View’s memory care unit. With Brightcreek being in the same building, the transition was no more jarring to her than moving to a new apartment and her friends can still easily visit her.

Sea View is a newer facility and it is very nice. Maybe I'll go there someday. A friend of mine is actually staying there now, just on month to month. It is a nice location. I would certainly consider their food above average. The rooms are very nice. I'm very comfortable with the staff there.

Sea View Senior living is brand new, but it isn't really nice. It has decent rooms, but isn't so big. The food is good at first, but it goes down real bad, so my mom was unhappy. They have the usual arts and crafts and movie nights.
