My mother has moved into Waverly Place. We chose it because of the level of care they provided, the staff that we interacted with, and the residents were all happy and engaging in activities, and they looked very well kept and very well looked after. The facility is fabulous. It's very clean. It's set up so that the residents can be very active. It's well maintained. They've got great activities for their people. It's probably one of the best facilities that we visited, the best layout of the rooms and of the facility overall. They've got activities all day long, every day. It could be arts and crafts, it could be dominoes or bingo, or it could be movies. There's just something going all the time. If you're not interested in one, there'll be another one that you're interested in very soon. They've got a great variety of meals that you get to choose from. I personally have not eaten any, but I understand they're very good. The atmosphere is very positive. The residents interact with each other and they interact well with the staff, so it seems like a very healthy environment.

My dad will be going to Waverly Place, it had been our first choice. We like the atmosphere, the look of it, and also the cost. The staff who gave the tour was just very good with my dad and talked to him like you would anybody else. They have a couple of things that some of the other places did not have. They have a little exercise room, they do have a hair salon, and a theater room like most of them do.

I love this place, prior to Waverly Place and after just three weeks I realized I made a mistake and came to Waverly Place. I know everyone by name, (residents, staff, family members of other residents). I can not say enough good things about our loving community we have here, If you are looking for a great place to live, come in for a visit.

Waverly Place was very nice and updated. It's new, very clean, and very pretty. I only was able to meet a couple of people because Mom hasn't moved in there yet, and so far everybody has been very kind and friendly. The room my mom wants is a studio, and it was clean, and it had been painted, and they were putting down new carpet. There are lots of storage spaces and big windows for sunshine. It has a kitchenette and a large bathroom walk-in shower. The dining area was large, clean, and looked nice. They have a movie theater room, a salon, a very large fitness room, another smaller TV room on every floor, and a laundry facility on every floor. You can tell it's new and it looks new and refreshed, and the grounds are really pretty. The minute you walk in, there's a lovely little coffee and tea bar bistro area for people who want to sit there in the sunshine at the windows. Waverly Place is the nicest one I've been in.

My mom has moved into Waverly Place. It's clean. It's moderately priced. They have a lot of social activities. The staff is super friendly. It's awesome. My mom is in assisted living, and she can progress into the memory care they have there. I haven't tried their food because of COVID, but she really likes it. She says she's eating too much. She hasn't had any complaints with the food. They have art classes, physical classes, bingo, movie nights, and bible studies. They take them places like to the stores or around town. It's not super cheap, but it's not the high end either.

We moved into Waverly Place last Thursday. It's a wonderful place. It's assisted living. We live together in a little apartment, and they come in and do the things I cannot do. I'm a happy camper. Everybody's kind and friendly. Everybody welcomes you, and they do everything they can to make your stay pleasant. I liked that I could be with my husband. They have assisted living apartments and a memory care section, and you either go to the dining area, or have the meals brought to you. Our apartment is probably the biggest at 600 square feet, and it has large bathrooms, showers set up for handicapped people, big windows, lots of sunlight, and lots of good lighting; it's pretty much perfect for people with handicaps. It is the best food I've ever eaten in an institution of any kind; it's very good food. They have a game room and a coffee room, and they have puzzles, games, and card games. They had an ice-cream social for the men because it was Father's Day, and that's the kind of thing they do.

Waverly Place was just wonderful. Everything was very clean and good. The lunch we had was very good. The dining room is clean. The only problem with it was they don't take Medicare. They have studios and 1-bedroom apartments, which were all very comfortable. The people there seemed very friendly and nice. Everybody was just awesome and they were just overwhelming when we visited. They take trips once a month and they have a little bus that takes you to places and to doctors' appointments. They have a little exercise room and different activities during the day.
