There is issues of bed bugs that nobody is taking care of the staff doesn't stay long enough to understand what is wrong with the residents they all have issues they all have needs that aren't being met it's one of the saddest things that I've seen people ignore they can't get a haircut they can't get their nails done they can't get an appointment to a mental health counselor if that's what they need because the staff doesn't stay long enough to find out what their needs are they're understaffed the staff that is there is overworked it is not their fault it is a fault of our system

My husband has been with Cambridge Terrace for three weeks now. I haven't been there very much often, but as far as he can tell everything is fine. The facility is fairly nice. He said that they are always very friendly and very helpful to him. His only complaint was, they have good food as far as the product that they have, but they just don?t have a good cook. He likes his room, it's a little studio apartment, but it is fairly spacious for him as he doesn?t need a big room. My daughter has been in there several times and she said it's always been clean every time she has been in there. When you go in there they have popcorn machine and they play movies for them.

I'm looking for a place for my husband who is in the middle stage of Alzheimer's. Though he is still able to help himself on basic things, we need assistance with his medications. I've got to visit this facility and they provide only retirement and assisted living. I'm looking for assistance with specialty with memory care, which they don't provide. But, the place is actually nice and people are friendly.

I love Cambridge Terrace Assisted Living. My mom was is need of assistance and I had no idea what to do. I called Cambridge Terrace and that started helping right away. They were not pushy sales people just there to help. The Administrator even went to visit mom when she was in skilled nursing before she moved. She was able to assist my siblings and I to make the right choice. I am so glad we made the decision to call!
