Tapestry Senior Living Wickliffe was the only one that had an available 1-bedroom apartment rather than just a studio, so we took it and my father is there right now. He's got 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms which he doesn't really need, and he was able to move in his furniture. Right now it's been difficult for him since there's no visitation, but my dad tells me that he likes it. I found out that emails worked better than phone calls, the staff usually gets back to me fairly quickly with an email. The maintenance staff has been absolutely wonderful. We haven't moved in all of dad's furniture so they had to do it all and disinfected them, we haven't heard any complaints like if we've brought too much stuff. I have really nothing to complain about. My dad says that the food is very good. It's not like how it's supposed to be because they currently have everybody eating in their rooms, but they normally have the dining room open for 12 hours a day. They have done everything we have asked so far.

Everybody at Tapestry Senior Living Wickliffe was very friendly. The place was beautiful, and the rooms were nice. The other facility I went to had a whole kitchen, whereas this one just had a small refrigerator and a spot for a microwave. And of course, they provided meals, so that's mostly all you would need. Once a week, they had beer and wine, if you wanted it. And they had entertainment at night sometimes. Some people were sitting around doing puzzles and it had a very good atmosphere. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice, very knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. It used to be a hotel with 4 or 5 floors. I wouldn't mind living there at all.

I toured Tapestry Senior Living Wickliffe. The location is what I liked the least. The amenities were adequate. They were not great. There's nothing to improve on, I just don't like the location. The staff were very nice, but they didn't have as much to offer as the other place. The food was okay. They had very few activities. They had a gym, a salon, and a meeting room.

My Mom died here this past July. It’s a very lovely and clean facility, but most of the staff, especially the administrator and head of nursing are clueless. The LPNs do little more than administer meds. We didn’t take my Mom here to die. We wanted her to start living her life. She decided that dying was better. This place is good for people with minimal needs. They will tell you that they can accommodate more, but they cannot. They wouldn’t even let us stay round the clock even after they knew she opted to stop taking her meds. She died alone after they promised that when THEY thought it was her time they would let us stay. She was only there for a total of 2 1/2 weeks after paying them $9000. Just a side note. If you want to het your own medications because you can get them cheaper, they charge a mandatory $250 a month. No one could really say why.

Tapestry Senior Living Wickliffe has been remodeled. It's a nice and clean place. One thing about Tapestry is that if you run out of money, they don't kick you out; you can go on Medicaid too. The staff was very personable, very business-like, and at the same time, got things done. They helped us tremendously to getting my friend in as quickly as possible. She'll move in this month.

I like the staff at Tapestry Senior Living Wickliffecaring, and the place was clean. They seemed to be attentive. They remodelled the place about a year or two ago, so it's brand-new. It's very clean and well-kept. It's located close to my house. We liked the room, and they were spacious too.

I was considering Tapestry Senior Living for my mom. It was very nice from what I could see, and quite inviting. I only met with the intake specialist there, she was very friendly, and quite accommodating, 'cause they had to reschedule a couple of times. They had a courtyard there, and it was dated; they had two, one in the rear, and one on the side, and they also had an atrium. It looked serene and very welcoming. They showed empty model rooms. I looked at a studio apartment, it had a personal size or college dorm size refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and it did have a wheelchair accessible bathroom, which was a plus for her. It was clean, and for me it was comfortable enough for her to navigate the room.
