This is a great place. This facility is home to me and everyone here is my family. I can talk to the staff and they address any issues I have. Everyone here is kind and caring. Facility is cleaner than other facilities I have seen. Definitely would recommend the facility.

My father complains to me everyday. Very small portions of food, They don't give him water when he asks for it OR it's over an hour before he gets it, his bed creeks...I heard it over the phone! The bed has a spring that pokes him in the back! Why are they allowed to treat humans that way?! They need to be reported to the authorities! The staff isn't personable. He is allergic to milk and they keep bringing it to him. It's on him sheet that he can't have it. I don't know if they can't read or they just don't care. My rating? I'm giving them a-70! You read it correctly, MINUS 70!

My brother just was sent there recently, he called me early in the a.m he was trying to get a nurse because he cannot get up without assistance, nobody came, I called the carecenter and the nurse informed me, well I was standing at his door when he spoke to you, the problem was the call button is not working, well la tee daa !!!HOW WAS HE SUPPOSE TO GET HELP? Then he called me back, while I was on the phone I asked him whats wrong, still no call button but gave him a bell. I heard the voices of staff outside his room, so I know they might look in the rooms but I am fairly sure they do not go in and check, I know because I listened . I hope they get it together there

Since Capital Health took over Shiloh Springs nursing care in 2017 and brought in Mr. Babur as manager, it has gone downhill rapidly. They have replaced healthy foods with trashy, unhealthy foods, leaving residents hungry and possibly malnutritioned. In addition, they have cut the air conditioning in the hallways for the nurses, so that when they go into see patients they sweat and drip on the patients. They have also changed schedules of staff, to cut corners and save money. NOT recommended for anyone.

Shiloh Springs Care Center was a big village with three floors. There were apartments that were connected to each other. It was about five minutes from my house. There were a lot of bugs coming in my mom's apartment and they never acted on the broken front door. The heating system gave out too much moisture in the air and it was like a sauna in her room. It made her feel cold all the time and they did not fix it. The staff were slow to come and rarely fixed anything. The cost was too much for what they offered.
