My husband was at Sylvania Center. He wasn't getting the therapy that he was supposed to get. When I went up there, he was out of it most of the time. When I asked them to remove some of his medications, they said they would one at a time because they didn't know which one was causing the hallucinations and the other things. My husband also had a hard time swallowing. When he was released from the hospital, he was on a thickener, but he wasn't at this nursing home. He couldn't participate in phy...

Sylvania Center was awful. The rooms have to be totally redone and clean it up since it’s not very clean. The smell in there is like urine, like they didn’t change the people. It was the most horrible place I have ever been in my life. I can’t even imagine putting anybody there.
