I love it here. My brothers health has improved in 20 days. He has succeeded on a few goals. This place is a safe place that I don't mind leave my brother without visiting for couple days.

Short staffed. Respiratory therapist not easily available. My Sister has waited up to an hour, several times after hitting the call button. She’s been left on the toilet. The place stinks of urine.

My stay was very nice and everyone was considerate. I would recommend it to future patients.

Physical therapy is exceptional at the Arbors at Oregon. The therapists could tell when I didn't feel good or when I was in a mood, they coaxed me to participate. Roberta puts a smile on everyone's face in the therapy gym. Debbie, RN and Lynette, STNA went above the beyond and pushed me to improve and were very kind and receptive to my needs. I would recommend anyone who needs rehab to come to Arbors at Oregon.

No star ratings for us! This place was horrible! They should no concern when I tried to tell them that my mother-in-law was not acting right when I was there in the evening and then I receive a phone call at 5:00am to tell me that she passed away. My I-phone was stolen that I had forgotten and money from her wallet was also stolen that I had put in her wallet when I was there. When she passed away it took them 5 hours to let me know that they could not get into contact the funeral home where she had made per-arraingments with and all I did was pick up the phone and call. I would never, ever recommend this so called caregiver facility to anyone! I could go on and on!
