My mother is doing very well at Sanctuary at Tuttle Crossing. The staff members are extremely professional and helpful, and there's a lot of longevity. Most of the people have been there for a long, long time. So the residents can get to know them and the family members can get to know them. I appreciate that. There are COVID protocols and everybody has to deal with them, this place is a rule a follower which I try to appreciate. The orientation was a little bit fast for my mom. It would have been easier for her to have just a slower pace to get acclimated to, the rhythm of the new setting, times, and activities, and all of that. So a little bit slower pace would have been beneficial for her. But I think overall, their services have been great. One of the biggest things that they do is focus on therapy services, so they have occupational, physical, and speech therapy. I think their pricing was very much in line with other places that I looked at. And the add-on services that they have like the salon, they're very reasonably priced and I think it's a very good value for the money.

Rooms are okay. Food is terrible. Staff are terrible. Care is terrible. I recommend pursing other nursing homes. My mom stayed here apart of a short term rehabilitation stay and it was a miserable experience.

If you have someone in your family that is unable to walk and has memory problems do NOT send them there. Three years ago the day to day operation was taken over by a non profit. Cuts in responsible staff, bad food, lack of communication as well as management who was not knowledgeable made this place into what it is today. Think long and hard before you put a loved one in there.

My husband was at Sanctuary at Tuttle Crossing. The people were wonderful, and the food was good. The therapy that he received there was excellent. Their rooms were very nice. They had activities, but he did not participate in them. Their dining room was lovely, but he chose not to eat in the dining room. I was able to eat there as we were able to purchase meals, and I was very impressed with them. For their activities, they have bingo and trivia. A choral group comes in. They also have gardens where we could go.
