I've been in a nursing home named Suburban Pavilion. I was there for rehab, and the staff was good. The care was good, and the therapy was good. My living quarters were good too. I was in a room by myself, and it was cool. They delivered the food to your room, and I'm very satisfied with it. Suburban Pavilion is a good nursing home. This is the best one I have ever been in.

Hopefully, the administrator Nick calls me when he sees this because he has yet to return my calls for the past few weeks. We are just seeking a discharge ASAP! My father has received nothing but subpar service since he has arrived here. My family works harder in this facility than the staff who get paid to work here. I can go on for days about how terrible this facility is. Do not send your loved ones here! Their call light will go unanswered for hours, they will go unbathed for days, the food is unappetizing and often cold, the ‘staff’ is hired through an agency and do not have any answers to basic questions, housekeeping rarely cleans, a lot of staff do not wear masks or use gloves or hand sanitizer despite increases in covid cases, visitors might get locked in the facility if you’re there after 7, parking is awkward, there are minimal handicap accommodations, doctors don’t visit the patients, staff take supplies from anyone’s room, no trash bags, terrible follow up from supervisory staff, etc. and the list goes on. If administration really care about the residents here they would make more changes in the best interest of the residents as opposed to the ‘hotel looking lobby’ that doesn’t match or reflect the rest of the facility.

This is probably the worst nursing home in the county. It's filthy. Leaks all over the place. Bedsheets don't get changed or cleaned for several weeks on end. The Administrators are terrible. The elevators often are broken, and never fixed. The place should be shut down for health reasons alone.

My cousin was taken out of Suburban Pavillion and taken to another place. The people were very friendly, but it seemed like there wasn’t enough follow up on the cleaning of the clothes. The rooms were clean, and my cousin had a shared room. They had a chapel and were able to have parties.

Suburban Pavilion is terrible. My grandmother is there and she will be coming back home. They don’t care for the patient. They don’t do basic things; it would take them too long to bring in water and she would have to use the bell. She is diabetic and they haven’t take care her food. The food is terrible too. It’s either cold and there are instances where the vegetables are very hard. Even the staff complain to the patients about issues and she can hear them gossiping about their personal things outside her door. I would not recommend that place to anybody.
