The rooms were clean and the caregivers were extremely attentive while my father and sister were in residence at the facility. The administrative staff was very helpful in determining appropriate care along with compassionate support.

My mother in-law was a resident and we could not talk more positive about the care and staff . The administrator Candy S. truly has an open door policy if you have any concerns. I highly recommend candy S. and the staff at O’Neil healthcare

Bradley Bay Health Center is great. My father-in-law has been there for several weeks, and it's very nice. The rooms are very clean and nice. There's plenty of space for them, and people are good. They could just maybe have more activities. They have two menus; one is for people who need softer foods, and it's pretty much like the regular one except that instead of a hamburger, the ground meat isn't put into a burger. It's a good diet and they get to choose what they want. My only glitch would be that they get to choose the food they want, but it's a week before they get that food. Assisted living is where my father is now.

I really like O'Neill Healthcare Bay Village. The caregivers are very nice and very qualified, and the nurses are excellent. They seem to really care about my mom and are attentive to her. The new wing is very clean and very sunny. The food is OK, but they don’t have that many options. It might be different in the other sections because she's in the memory support assisted living. The room she's in right now is pretty small but has a good amount of sunlight. She has a bed, a bathroom, a chair, a closet, and a couple of tables, so she's content there. The location is good, and the grounds are basic. When I visited one time, they were making milkshakes and watching movies.

I like Bradley Bay Health Center; it’s well run. She just came out of acute therapy, and she just moved over the weekend. The facility is very well cared for. It’s smaller and nice for my mom. The room was small but very nice -- perfect for one elderly person. It was very clean, repainted and recarpeted before she moved in. It had a good feel to it. Staff was very caring. All the activities were well-organized. They had a good person who does the field trips on a monthly basis, so there’s lots of activities lined up. There’s a flower garden, and you have access to it around the facility.
