We are a 98 bed Skilled Nursing Facility in West Covina, CA. We provide a wide range of health and personal care services. Our services focus on medical care more than an assisted living facility level. These services typically include nursing care, 24-hour supervision, three meals a day and assistance with every day activities. Rehabilitation services, such as physical, occupational and speech therapy, are also available. **We offer both short term care for those residents that require rehabilitation after a Hospital stay, as well as long term care, for those who have ongoing physical or mental conditions that require care and supervision.
