The rooms are large and facility is clean and well kept. They do the residents laundry and the staff are well prepared and professional and friendly! My sister is actually loved and well cared for..They do activities and during Covid-19 they have protected the residents with diligence. She has room aplenty for a fridge and big tv. They do crafts, have singing with visiting performers who engage the group! Fun! Coloring and doing things w their hands , trips to Walmart etc for those able are a part of care. The staff , again, are vital to a home and each one is helpful and are the cheerleaders to keep spirits up as well as management! They care and go far above and beyond what Is necessary. Medication is carefully administered. These friends to the family are on the frontlines of care and consideration all around.Drs and medical care are In house and when needed they are taken to dr. Thank you Somerset!

Staff rude. They refuse patients their medications. When administering meds it is not done correct. The staff does not answer call bell in timely manner. Most of time not answering at all. His/ her room never been cleaned or vacuumed in time patient been there especially bathroom. If staff sees patient has accidents they do not clean floor or if in bathroom do not clean it either. Punish patients for being late for meals.

I'm a resident of Somerset Court at University Place, I haven't been too happy. My room is fine, they allowed me to bring some of my stuff in. Most of the staff members are pretty good, there's just a few that I don't get along with very well. When I first came here, they used to do something every day, but now, they don't take us shopping. So now, we had to ask other people to go to the grocery store for us because they don't take us there anymore. And we don't like that. There's a library, a beauty and barber salon here, but there's no one working in it. It hasn't been used for several months. The food is getting a lot less better than it was because they have some new people who don't know how to cook.
