We went to Harmony at Brookberry Farm. It was nice, but there's a lot of older people. I shouldn't say older because I'm probably in with them, but to me, it was the older people. The facility is very nice. They had bingo, they played cards, exercise, music, and movies. They take you shopping if you need to go grocery shopping. And they take you to your doctor's. The staff was very good.

We went to Harmony at Brookberry Farm. It's nice and new. I think it's three years old. The apartments are very cute. They have some architectural features that are not seen in any other apartments. But they only had a very small kitchen, and where it was located was not ideal. It's right by a school. It was just kind of on the outer rim of where we wanted to stay. All the things were very nice though. They had two elevators. It's newer compared to all the other ones that we've seen. They have a library, a little gym, and a theater. It was very nice, but it just wasn't a fit for us. The staff who assisted me was very nice.

Harmony at Brookberry Farm is a very nice facility. It's new. The director there said that they'd only been open about two years. As far as the apartments, we saw a studio, but very spacious, much larger than the other two places that we've visited as far as the residential areas get. There are lots of amenities: Two different dining rooms, a bistro area, a courtyard, a theater room, activity rooms, and libraries. The staff is very nice and very friendly. Probably not quite as knowledgeable as the others, but maybe not just because they haven't been doing it as long. The person who gave the tour is very friendly, very accommodating, and professional.

Harmony at Brookberry Farm was very new and very large. Looked like it was oriented toward attracting people at a more functional level and age in place. It didn't seem to be as appropriate for my elderly parents who need more care now. I would worry about it being too big for them, but for a younger person who has a lot more capabilities, it would be excellent. Their dining area was very, very nice. It was restaurant-like. The facility was large, spacious, and well-maintained. It's only two years old.

Harmony at Brookberry Farm seemed very institutional. The person who was the representative didn't seem to know a lot of the answers that I wanted. It was more about trying to sell me a product than it was actually to find out if it was a good fit for my mother. Inside the memory care facility, there were very few people out of their rooms. There weren't a lot of staff. There wasn't any happiness there. It felt very depressing when I walked in. The apartments were better. They had the whole bathroom with the bathtubs. It was better, and there were bigger rooms. They had multiple dining areas. They had one specific for memory care, and then they had another one where there was a general population in there. The memory care dining is right next to the other dining area, and my mom is still kind of aware, so that was a turn-off for me because it made it where she would seem like she was being separated.

Harmony at Brookberry Farm was only two years old. The facility was very beautiful and clean. Everything was spotless. We looked at a studio apartment, and it's just too small for me. And then we looked at the one-bedroom apartment, and I can't tell much in square footage. One of them has two closets, and one of them has three, but the third one is smaller than the other two. But there's plenty of space in there to store things. They've got a step-in shower, so you don't have to worry about falling in the tub.

We had a very negative feeling when we first walked into Harmony at Brookberry Farm. The lady giving the tour acted like she didn't care that we were there. The facility was fine, it was new, and it was pleasant, but unfortunately, her attitude kind of colored our attitude. As far as the menu, they only serve one meal a day and they seem to have a nice selection. The apartments were nice, they're a good size, and everything was nice and clean. The one thing I did not like is that the hallways in that place are very, very long. The layout was not good in my opinion. I just can't get past the young lady's attitude. The facility itself is nice except for the hallways.

Harmony at Brookberry Farm gave us a good tour. It had wide halls, and they had beautiful places where you could sit. They didn't have a lot of residents since it's still pretty new. When we were there, everybody was sitting in a wheelchairs and watching TV. Everybody was asleep.

I like the atmosphere at Harmony at Brookberry Farm. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and they had some activities, though not much. They don't have much going on in memory care, I've been there twice. The room that my dad will be in is spacious and clean, it's a brand-new room so he's the first person that's going to live in it. This facility is only a year old. They have a chapel, several libraries, and an activity room.

Harmony at Brookberry Farm was lovely. It's just a high rise and it's far from me, but it's beautiful. They just opened, so it's brand new and they're still getting people in. The staff were lovely people, very, very caring, and competent. They wanted us to come. The apartments were also beautiful. The layout was very well designed. They're pretty much the same size as the other communities that we've seen, but it's beautifully done. They have the staff they need to care for people. They've got lots of security. They only serve one meal a day. The dining room was beautifully laid out and the menu looked amazing. They have a back patio and several different areas where residents can go and eat. Upkeep looked great, too. My mom loves plants and they just didn't have a lot of gardens for people to sit in. It's possible that they're still landscaping, though. They had an exercise room and a big screen TV where you can bring your family and watch movies. It had a popcorn machine and movie-style seating. It was nice.
