I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! I currently have a family member who unfortunately had no other choice but to go here for rehab. On the way in to the rehab wing there is such a terrible odor it comes right through the mask you have to wear. It's horrendous! The minute you open the door it slaps you in the face! It's disgusting! The rugs are completely filthy! These people spend tons of money to stay in a clean sanitized placed. Between those dirty rugs and smell. I cannot wait for my family member to get strong enough for me to pull her out of there! It's a disgrace!

Autumn Care does have more of the nursing care that she needs, but they didn’t have any rooms available. The rooms were OK, and I was very pleased with that. They did have plenty of activities, and I saw people doing things which I felt very good about that. I wasn’t able to see too much of it. They have a pretty good ratio between staff and the clients.

My mother had been at Autumn Care of Myrtle Grove. The care was fine. I think the staff was good. They did their job. They were knowledgeable and friendly. The facility was very clean. However, my mother didn’t want to be there. The food was not that great, either.

My aunt made this her home the last 9 months of her life. She did so well here. The nursing staff had her up and dress and participating in the many activities they had each day. She always looked forward to the singing on Sunday. I found everyone to be pleasant always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had.
