My experience with this facility has been a four star. I admitted my mother in October, 2017 and she has been well cared for. She is happy and comfortable. Administration is supportive, efficient and considerate. Staff's interaction with my mother if professional and respectful. The facility is clean.

Hunter Hill Senior Assistant Living facility has very good caregivers that seem to care and respect residents. However, the director has no respect for residents or their families. It's always his way or no way. I have never spoken with anyone so unprofessional and disrespectful. So if you are looking a peaceful, safe place for your loved one, they will be fine as long as you follow the directors strict rules and agree with everything that he says. The director as no compassion for the residents, and has no idea what these residents are going through mentally and physically. Thank God for the caregivers that work there. They are the ones that provide these residence with the respect that they deserve.

My grandmother is in Hunter Hills Senior Village. It is a small facility so it does not have an overwhelming amount of patients and I guess that's a good thing. The services that they provide are fine. The staff was friendly. When I have a question, they answer and whenever we need something, we get it. They recently remodel the place and the rooms are good. However, they could improve on their food because my grandmother said it is blunt sometimes. But everything is fine.

Hunter Hill Senior Village Facility is located in Rocky Mount. The facility have 60 beds for 60 residents. The facility is a small crammed up facility with not enough room for 60 residents. There are care aides at the facility 24 hours a day. The staff at the facility are mean to the residents and take their time to help the residents. The facility has a bad aroma from the staff not cleaning the facility like they suppose to. When the resident's family come to visit them, they're always angry for seeing that their family members are not taking good care of. The residents have on smelly dirty clothes that look like they haven't been changed in a week. The rooms are filthy, beds not made and the residents just sit or lay in the bed all day. Some of the residents have bed sores on their back, sides, and bottoms from not getting out of the bed. The facility is a unfit facility for resident to even live in without any care from the staff when they need it . I think that residents should live in a facility that is fit for warming seniors.
