I did a tour of TerraBella Newton. We didn't have much interaction with the staff. They do have private and semi-private rooms, and they do have a Memory Care Unit. it's a nice facility. They had a courtyard, but I don't remember a library.

My husband is on a waiting list at TerraBella Newton. It's a beautiful place. Compared to all the other places we looked at, it was just really nice. The people were great. They seemed to take care of the patients. We just really liked it. The meals are included. The staff was knowledgeable, and I was impressed with her. They had like a garden with a place for them to sit, which was nice.

TerraBella Newton was beautiful. The landscaping and the building itself all were very, very pretty and we liked it until we went into the residents' room. We felt the room was just really not anything like the room at the other place. The staff was very helpful, very down to earth, friendly, and answered all of our questions.

We visited TerraBella Newton. I loved it. They had nice big rooms. Everyone had a complete set bathroom in each room. It was very pleasant and very clean. They had everything. It was marvelous. I liked that one the most. The rooms were nice, there was a lot of space in them, and they had good closet space. They had a nice dining room and outside space for them. They had all the amenities and they have somebody that comes in and sings and plays. They have their morning service. The apartments were more than what my brother could afford even with the military discount. Otherwise, I would have had that one. The staff was fantastic. They were pleasant. They had an entertainment space and living rooms. They had three meals a day and three snacks a day. They had outside facilities. It's safe and secure.

I had a really good tour of TerraBella Newton. The people were so nice, helpful, and answered all of my questions. It was so clean and orderly. The facility itself was absolutely beautiful. They gave me a booklet with charts showing all the activities to keep the residents busy every day.

We toured TerraBella Newton. We met the administrator who took us on the tour, and he was very charismatic, almost too much. They're in the process of remodeling, so some have been done but there were more things that they were going to do. It was okay, but it did not have the family feel to it. We took my mother-in-law to see it, and she did not like it at all. Their rooms were not the same as the others we looked at. The unit has room for a bed, a chair, and maybe a recliner. But they were expensive, and we did not have a good feeling about them. It had a different feel. The surrounding was very sterile looking, which is not a bad thing, but it did not have that homey atmosphere.

TerraBella Newton was very clean. The people were very nice, and they seemed to take care of the people and everything, even the Alzheimer's unit in the back. My mom is going to have to go to the Alzheimer's unit. They were very well taken care of. The rooms were very clean. They have them bring their own furniture and belongings from at home to make it like their own; it was very appealing. They have a lot of activities and an exercise group. They also have that thing where you can bring things in, food, and a little entertainment for the people. Everything was very good. The staff were all very friendly.

We toured TerraBella Newton. I was very impressed, it was a very nice place. It was a very clean, pleasant place. It felt like my mother-in-law would have been fine there. It is more expensive than a private pay person and I think all they have is private pay. I would have been happy to have her there. It was just they did not have any openings at that time. When you go down into the community. It's very homey looking. It had a lot of flower beds. It looks like a traditional ranch home with some screened-in porches. When you were there, you only saw the grounds of the home. We met the director, and she was very nice. They had a nice setup for meals.

TerraBella Newton was nice. It was one of the more expensive options. They just didn't have as many amenities and not the same way that the other facility did. My dad would have had to have shared a room, and it would have cost more money for the room, even a shared room. They have meals, but it's not restaurant-style, so there are not as many options for the residents. The staff members were nice, but they felt very rushed. I think they were very busy and behind because of the recent sale of the community. They were in the process of transforming one area into more of an outdoor residential area, but it was really cold when I was visiting, so that wasn't opened yet.

It was a nice place. Everybody was nice and sort of at home there. It was comfortable and it was nice. People were sitting around in different places, they were talking or watching TV. It was a comfortable setting. They have a beauty shop, they have a place you can go and get a hot bath or hot steam, they had a lot of things that were in there. The staff was very nice and friendly.

I toured and was very impressed with the director that showed me around and her knowledge. The questions she asked me were very intelligent, and you could tell that she knows her job. The facility was very nice too. It's well laid out and has a very friendly feel to it with lots of nice outdoor areas for assisted living and memory care. I was also impressed with the rooms. They're light, airy, and very clean. The layout was very nice, with nice bathrooms and walk-in showers. They have everything that you could want. Both levels of care equally shared the same amount of activities, dining, and care from the staff. The place was nice.
