This place is a great place for many reasons for assisted living care. It is an older facility but I'd kept very clean. They take patients for their Dr. Appointment. Also doctor visits on site at certain times. My friend says food is very good and there are between meals snacks. They do their laundry and staff are excellent to work with. The cost is very reasonable for those who can't afford an expensive place.

I was a resident at Pincrest Gardens for over 9 months and it was horrible. There is not a call Bell system in the facility and I was told if I needed anything to yell and someone would come. Well a short time after they told me that they told me not to yell because I was waking up the other residents. There is no nurse on duty at all and I understand they can get away with that since it is assisted living. The food there is terrible and it is not served in a very clean area. Pincrest has been there since 1927 and most of the stuff in there is from 1927. I don't usually say bad things about places like this but I want people to know the truth.

My uncle was OK with Pinecrest Gardens, so I took him there. He likes it so much. It's a 1-room. He says the food is very good. The staff treated me very well. I chose it because that was the only place that had assisted living. They wash his clothes, give him his medications, and take him to his doctor. They take him to the bank. I was OK with it.
