My husband and I lived here from 2019 - 21 and then moved to Atlanta to be closer to our children. We have just moved back Dec. 15 because we missed the community filled with great people. We missed the good food and the facility and the staff who run Heritage Hills. We feel that it is a nice size with just Independent single family homes. We also feel that the pricing is reasonable and fair. There are many activities to participate in if you wish. Needless to say, we are very happy to be back.

We have chosen Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills. I was impressed with the room size. The suite that we chose for our family member is spacious. We'll be able to bring our own furniture from home, so it'll be familiar surroundings with her own things. The facility was clean. It seemed to be well-staffed. We came about lunchtime, so the folks were finishing up with their meal. Everybody eats in the dining room. It was kind of a lull before they started afternoon activities. The residents were just kind of sitting around waiting for what was going to happen next. I liked that there weren't a large number of people in the unit. It's a smaller number of patients that they're dealing with. I saw what they were having that day, as well as a menu for one of the months. The food looked very nutritious and well-balanced. The staff member was a little busy, but he was cordial. The person that took us on our tour was very knowledgeable, had been with the company for a while, and knew the residents by their first name. I was very impressed.

We chose Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills for my mom and dad because we were needing a place where they could live independently, yet also have access to help should they need it. They offered the best options. We toured both independent living and memory care. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of, and information is relayed both to my parents and me. I have not tried the food, but I saw the restaurant and the menu, and it looked very good. They are very attentive and pay close attention to each person individually, as well as looking at them as a couple. They have a walking trail, a workshop, a craft room as well as a library.

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills had friendly and knowledgeable staff. They had a nice area for dining and walking outside, and they have interactive residents from memory care. The staff that I met was good.

I called Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills. I took a tour, and I really like it. I even had a house picked out, but after I got home and did the figuring and everything, I'll have to wait at least a year before I do something. My finances will not allow me to do that. I really like Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills. It was an in-person tour. I like the amenities they have. I had picked out a house that was close to somebody I know. I liked the wooded areas with all the trees. The staff was very pleasant and informative. He gave all the facts up front. The place looked good. I was looking at cottages. I like the beauty salon. They had a special place for hobbies. (Quilting is what I was looking for especially.) They had a good walking trail, and I was glad they allowed pets.

Pacifica Heritage Hills is a lovely neighborhood of detached single family homes. But, it is so much more than that. The residents are friendly, the activities are interesting and varied, and there's something for everyone. The staff are friendly and genuinely concerned about your comfort and welfare. They make a point of taking your needs seriously and strive to accommodate them. Being set back from Asheville Highway provides a quiet environment. It's close to Hendersonville and there's easy access to I-26, as well. I encourage you to investigate it to see if it would work for you or your loved ones!

I have been a resident of Heritage Hills (Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills) and I'm getting ready to leave. We have been here while our house has been restored due to a fire. My mother is 83 and I'm 56. They have been wonderful, excellent, and extremely pleasant. They have been helpful when and where needed. With the Covid thing, they've been following the rules and guidelines to the letter. I couldn't ask for anything better. I haven't had many meals. I cooked for myself mainly, but what I've had, the food has been very good. It was very much edible. I'm in a wheelchair and the apartment is not designed for a person in a wheelchair, but it definitely doesn't really impede. We have done all the cleaning. You have to pay extra for the cleaning service, but the layout makes it very easy to do the cleaning. It hasn't been any problem whatsoever. They got detached homes, they got memory care, and others. My unit has a deck. The fire department and rescue are right down the street and so they are here really quick. I've had a few neighbors that have had health issues. The people here that I have met all have been very nice. They allow the individual residents to plant whatever source of flowers and stuff that they wish to have in their front yard, and so it's got a very neighborly look to it. The community director has been extremely kind and helpful. My mother, about three days after we came here, had a stroke and so I have been for the past seven months living here independently, and he checks up. He knows the situation I'm in and has been very helpful and kind and offering help how and where he could. It's a place that I feel very safe in. If I would be moving to a retirement community, this is the place I would want to move to. The apartments are very well built and safe and secure. I can't see any way anybody would have a problem with living here.

We have been extremely pleased with our experience with the staff and their care for my mother during her stay. Management and facility staff have been very helpful and accommodating, and communicate frequently with our family regarding my mother's care. The community itself is well kept, clean and has a variety of activities/events to engage each resident. Overall, there is a family-like feel at Heritage Hills and it has been a great place for my mother to call home.

Since my wife and I moved here 4/1/2021 we have nothing but the best of care and professional courtesies extended to us. At every level here in Hendersonville, they are nothing but great people helpful and willing to go the extra mile for you as a member of the community. The maintenance crew is top notch, if you have an issue they are there to get it corrected. The staff makes themselves available and are willing to answers questions you may have. Always on top of the pulse of the community and there for us. I have recommended this facility to many of my friends looking for a place to live. This community is lead by very good people who care about the members of the community

We have been official residents of Heritage Hills for only 3 weeks, but have been experiencing their wonderful service and over-the-top advice and friendship for the past 4 months. The staff at all levels is very responsive and caring when dealing with our needs, concerns and questions as we move into this new stage in our lives. The residents we have met have been extremely friendly, while also giving us "room" to move into our new home in our own way. Having individual homes like we do here with all maintenance, utilities, and TV service provided... plus a delicious meal each day in a comfortable dining venue-- well, it brings us joy and hopes for our future at Heritage Hills.

My grandmother is doing great at Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills. We found her a great home. I'm really happy about it, and she loves it there. I haven't actually talked to her one-on-one just yet because I have just been working overtime if not full-time throughout the week. I keep in touch with a few people that work there, and they're like, "She's loving the food," and they send me pictures of her, too. I visited her out of a window last week, and she seems really happy about everything. They keep wonderful communication, and they're there every step of the way. It's really beautiful there. My grandmother has just moved in there two weeks ago, so I don't know what activities she has been a part of just yet. She is still basically in quarantine, but I know she can walk around the halls and have her meals. They have a lot of nice activities, too. So far, from what I understand, they still have not had one single Covid case and I think that's just because they're really extra careful, and all the staff that work there, being aware of the situation, are doing their best to not get it. I also like how much they really want to get to know the residents as far as what their likes are and what their preferences are.

We've been twice to Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills. We're moving in. We liked the setup, we liked the fact that all of the units were independent homes with yards and a garage. We liked the fact that there was no entrance fee, no upfront fee that needed to be paid, so it's virtually like a lease option, or a rental, and that fits our financial situation much better. We liked the people that we met there, they were all really, really nice, and met some of the tenants, and they really enjoyed it, and we liked some of the amenities. They pay for all of your utilities except the internet, and they provide a substantial meal every day. They have activities, a craft house, a woodworking house, a place you can exercise, all of the things that we were looking for.

Great neighborhood! Friendly staff and residents who are caring and very helpful. Access to clubhouse, dining room and activities is very easy. There are many activities, get-togethers, and road trips each month. There is a very nice walking trail and pets are welcomed and known by name by the staff and neighbors. Great chef! Delicious meals!

Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills was very nice. The staff was very helpful and very good at their job. The home there was very nice, but they didn't have all the levels of care. The dining area was very nice. They have a pool and exercise classes, and it's in a very nice location.

Excellent facility, independent living suits me well. Food (one meal per day) is very good and a nice variety. People are friendly and welcoming. I attend meetings (Bible Study, Computer Club, singing group, and excursions). Homes are clean and tidy (maintained by cleaning by staff every two weeks). Entertainment is provided weekly, and is enjoyable. Overall, I am very pleased with my living at Heritage Hills.

My mother lived here for a handful of years. Right after Christmas she fell in one of the bathrooms. The emergency button did not work. So she had to crawl to her bedroom with a broken leg to get to her cell phone. I contacted the ED and he did some testing and told us that everything worked fine. My brother went to the house and proved that one of the buttons did not work. We have requested several times to have documentation around testing and maintenance and no one has provided us with this information. I have reached out to the Corporate office as well, I talked to one person there and have never heard back. Other residents of this property have also had issues with the emergency response system. Do not live here. It is not safe and the people running the property do not care about the residents.

We've been here 2 months and love it! The people who work here are the best and most helpful in anything that come about. The individual cottages are so comfortable and roomy. Santa even found our cottage this week and what a surprise. Would highly recommend this community to anyone who's looking to downsize.

I thought Pacifica Senior Living Heritage Hills was very well maintained, and the community was very quiet. They seemed to have staff who organized activities for them, which impressed me. A couple of the residential units had been turned over, one to stained glass making, and another to woodworking, which I thought was very generous of them rather than renting those units. There was a meal plan option for dinners, but I was not impressed with their dining room. The woman who took me around was very informative and very friendly. I saw a stand-alone unit with two bedrooms, two baths, a small kitchen, dining room, and living room. Some of the units also had decks on the back and some had access to their own gardens; it depends on where the room is located and what people before have done to each unit.

In Pacifica Senior Living, we were very pleased with everything there. In fact, I think it is my wife's No. 1 preference. However, they didn't have assisted living, which was a major drawback. Otherwise, everything was nice. They had a central clubhouse with an activity room, library, computer room, and excellent dining hall. We were served outstanding dinner there. We want to be in a separate home, and they did have homes there, so that was very positive.

Heritage Hills has a beautiful location. The people seemed to be a little younger than those in the other facility I visited. They take residents to concerts and plays in the area. They only offered one meal a day which was the evening meal. The dining room was very attractive. They were very nice to me. The cottages were beautifully appointed.

I have only been in Heritage Hills for six days. I chose this facility because of the people and their friendliness. Also they allowed me to bring my dog. I got a free-standing cottage, which has a one bedroom and a bathroom. They're all recently painted. I've also got my own drive-in garage with a door closer and a laundry room with washer and driver. It's pretty neat. The staff is excellent. They are caring people and overseeing me and my well-being. If I have a need, I can call them and they would come and help me with it. They also care for my dog as much as I do.

My husband and I move in to Heritage Hills and everything is fine. They have a lot to offer. They go to the apple festival. They go to waterfalls. They take trips and they go to theaters. We have one meal a day and the food is very good. We have an individual home and it is nice. We have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen with dining area, a full size garage, a sunroom and a deck and a little backyard. The staff is so kind and helpful. They never deny us of anything that we ask. They even allow our dog to live with us.
