My parents have moved to Bella Vista. I like the fact that they have three different sets of managers that live on-site, so there's always someone there. It's beautiful, and it's only 10 years old. The apartments have beautiful views of the mountains. They have restaurant-style dining, so they're being served and brought their food. When they can't get up for a meal, they just box up the meal for them and bring it to their room. They're just so friendly and so lovely. They have a refrigerator in the rooms. Three meals a day are included. I haven't tried their food, but my sister and my parents have, and they have said it's excellent. They have activities. They have a movie theater, they have bands that come in, they have preschool kids that come in, and recently they did a bell show. They have a daily crossword puzzle and a word search that they give out to the residents. They have jigsaw puzzles going on all the time. They have an activities coordinator that has different exercise programs set up for them and things like that.

The facilities and the management at Bella Vista were great. It was wonderful. Tiffany was the one who assisted me with the tour, and she was very helpful, very positive, very patient, very understanding, and very welcoming. The food was surprisingly good. I mean, it was restaurant quality. The dining area was open, clean, and nicely laid out. The landscaping was very, very nice.

I went to Bella Vista. The dining room was nice. The room we looked at was large and sufficient (except for the kitchen). There was no kitchen, it was just a kitchenette. Other than that, it was fine. They had an exercise room. They had a lot of amenities there, which was good. There was a theater for movies and a computer room, although it isn't much of a computer room. The staff who showed me around was very good, very nice, and very informative.

I loved Bella Vista. I would have moved there in a heartbeat, but it was just too expensive for me. I liked the people and that the managers lived on site. Everything was thought out and could be taken care of easily. It was like a big family. They had a nice little chapel area, beautiful common areas to sit and talk, puzzles going in one spot, and activities. It was beautiful and very well maintained. I found an apartment I wanted immediately. The one I decided I wanted wasn't available to look at, but I could tell that it was the one I wanted due to its location. The two managers took me around and they were just lovely people. They didn't mind at all that I stopped and talked to everybody as we went. It's all independent living, but if you need more care, you can get the additional help that you need. They invited me to stay for a meal. I have a gluten sensitivity, and they gave me some gluten-free food and they were just nice. They modified my meal and the food was excellent. I just loved the whole experience.

My mother was in Bella Vista Gracious Retirement Living for 4 months. You can't beat the staff there, they're great. They serve 3 meals a day, they have coffee and donuts, they have a beautiful lounge, they've got it going. My mother's room was great, it was just like a small apartment but it was well-updated and it was really pretty. I've eaten with her when she was there. It was a great dining experience, you think you're in a big restaurant and they come around and serve one or 2 things. It's really good. They have all kinds of activities, a movie room like a little theater, they have bible studies, one of the churches comes over. There's a church right off the road from it and it's absolutely fabulous. The residents love to eat there so much, they have their own tables and when they get there they wait. You get what you pay for, it's a really good deal if someone has the income to do it. It's not overly expensive.

I visited Bella Vista and I couldn't find anything not to like about it. I thought it was great. We had a nice tour, the rooms were wonderful, and the people were friendly. Their financial arrangements were excellent. You could make a reservation and hold it.

Bella Vista was OK, but I wasn’t impressed. They need to improve on the food, transportation, and things to do. The dining area and the rooms were fine.

A long time friend of mine whose ability to function depends on taking medication , has been ignored, in and out of the hospital, and family left in the dark. His reason for residing was to be in a friendly caring environment, not so at Belle Vista, beware this place if your loved ones need any reasonable protection .

My parents used to live at Bella Vista. It's a beautiful complex. I thought it was well-maintained and safe. They had an activities room, they ran, they had puzzle and crossword sessions, book club, card club, discussion groups, prayer group, people came in and performed there, really a lot to do if you wanted to. But,they had a lot of change-over in managerial staff. They kept switching managers, which I found difficult. They had two couples who live on the premises to take care of everyone and they kept changing those people. That's tough on the residents because they didn't have any consistency.

Bella Vista is a retirement community. It is new in the area. It is part of a larger group. I frequent this community. I have a friend whose mother had been living there. It is a very nice place. It is beautiful. They have a lot of artwork on their wide hallways. This community is not set up as assisted living, but you can have help there anytime that you need. They have apartments of various sizes as does many other places; however, they have views of the mountains in all directions. They provide many activities for the people to get together and do various things. They also have a wonderful library and exercise rooms. They provide transportation for various community activities. They would invite you to come and have lunch or dinner and take a tour. I have tried eating there, food is great and it is free. My friend had lived there for a little over a year. She was very happy there. She had just died a couple of weeks ago.

My friend moved into Bella Vista about a week and a half ago. I went to visit a couple of times. It's a new facility. This one really suited her better. They also have home health care that she can contact or hospital care if she needs it, but it's mainly just a renting an apartment. She had been on some other places on her own before, but this meets her needs the best.
