The tour at Lake Point Landing has been very good. The staff was very welcoming, open, and thorough with the review, and answered all our questions. It was a tough choice. Lake Point Landing is well known to us because we have friends there, but when we started looking, it looked like there might be a two-year waitlist. But everything about the place appealed to us and the food was very good.

We looked at Lake Pointe Landing. They have nice little apartments with a porch, so you have a little bit of outdoor living. I've eaten there before, and their food is very good. The upkeep was excellent. They used to be open to the public for community ladies' luncheon week. They have very good chefs. It's all restaurant quality with white tablecloths. They have dining and an indoor pool. They have transportation to doctors, groceries, and things like that, which is one thing that we were looking for.

My friend was a resident of Lake Pointe Landing. It was a beautiful place. They have a beautiful setting and very caring staff. My friend just went on and on about how wonderful the food was. They have so many activities. A couple of months ago, they rented out a movie theater and took them all by bus, so they could all go out to see a movie. They do things like that all the time, so it was very impressive. My friend's apartment has a living room, a small kitchen, a small dining room, a very nice bedroom, a bathroom, and a patio. She was on the ground floor, so she could go in and out by a back door from the covered patio and screened-in porch.

I toured Lake Pointe Landing. It's very nice. It's pretty luxurious. It has lots of social activities. It has a library, a pool room, and a nice dining room. It's very nice. The menu looks very good. They supply an evening meal but of course, the places all have kitchens, and I always cook my own breakfast and I don't eat lunch, so the evening meals are great. I would say it looks good. The staff I met were nice and good.

Toxic, unhealthy leadership team. Manipulative, disrespectful. Immature ability to focus on customer service. Consumed with their own operational needs. No empathy toward their clients. Profit only focus.

My mom is currently at Lake Pointe Landing. The staff is excellent and everyone there seems to understand the limitations of the elderly, and they accommodate them. I witnessed the receptionist make a phone call regarding cell service for one of the residents, and she was on the phone for 45 minutes resolving that woman's issue. The nurses and the CNAs are fabulous. The food is fabulous too. It is really, really good. My mother is in a one-bedroom apartment, so they're not in communal living. They are in their own living space. They have bridge, bingo, and movies all the time. They have musicians, bible study, and church services. If you want to do something, you can do something every day there. The grounds are beautiful and wonderfully kept. The amenities are well done. The buildings are upscale luxury, and I find it to be a cruise ship on land for the elderly. Everybody seems to care about my mother. They know her by name. I'm on a first name basis with every nurse over there because they always call me or I call them. They're open to family interaction with the staff. So, when I have a concern about my mother, I just call up and ask to speak to the nurse on duty, and I get her. I feel very safe leaving my mother under the care of those people, down to the people who clean the rooms and the food delivery. The chef is absolutely wonderful. He has made several birthday cakes for my mother. I am most impressed with the staff.

I liked Lake Pointe Landing. It was a beautiful building with a fireplace in the lobby. The residents were very happy and looked like they enjoyed the facility a lot. Plus, it was very close to our house. The room I saw was a little smaller than the other place, but it was very nice. One thing that I liked about this place was did not only do they have a restaurant for the people, but they also had a bistro where they could get all kinds of sandwiches and stuff. You pay extra for that, but that would give my aunt an option because she's all about good food. They do trips where they take people to the market or certain places. They do crafts and social gatherings where they get people to interact with others (which I always thought is nice, because that helps people who maybe aren't so social, that they'd be more inclined). They even had a small theater group that does plays once a month, which was cool, because my aunt used to sing in a chorus. The woman that gave the tour was wonderful. She was nice. She followed up by sending a whole packet to my aunt with things like the menus and the activities. That was nice of her.

My friend is a resident of Lake Pointe Landing. I've been there a number of times myself because I have friends there. The food's great. The rooms are delightful, and the people are nice. They have lovely and good activities. They have a good exercise room and a pool. They have an apparently very good exercise manager who gets people up and does dance classes with them. They also have a lovely library. They are very, very expensive. Their food was very good. I thought it was fine each time, but the person I was visiting was very tired of their food because they eat it every day. It's boring, but I thought it was lovely. They are getting the value, but it pains me that it costs so much because it's not affordable for everybody.

LPL has very nice facilities and most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. The rentals in independent living are very reasonable, too. A couple of negatives, however: 1) the rental agreement is very unfair to residents in that if you leave, you are held liable to pay for the next 3 months unless/until a new tenant takes over your place. That's about $10,000 you're on the hook for while also having to pay rent on your new place! You shouldn't have to pay more than 1 additional month, and the onus should be on management to find a new tenant after that. As it is, there's little inducement for management to make an effort to find new tenants when they can sit back and continue to draw rent from you for the next 90 days. 2) Despite having a dining room, LPL is short-staffed and has to have most meals delivered by a caterer because they can't staff the dining room. That in turn results in less social interaction by the residents and leaves them feeling isolated. Especially after all the isolation forced on people during COVID, it's time these facilities got back to normal operations.

We went to look at Lake Pointe Landing. We looked at the two-bedroom apartment and the building. It was a very comfortable and very nice layout. Most of the apartments looked like they had a balcony screened in, which was nice. The dining area, kitchen, and laundry were a little tight. But all of the other rooms were a good size. The assisted living facility has very nice one-bedroom apartments with a little kitchenette area. They had a library, a pool, and a lot of nice little areas to sit in. We met a resident because she showed us her apartment, and she enjoys it there. She said the meals were wonderful. The people are nice. I had an overall good feeling.

I am on the list to go into Lake Pointe Landing, which is right here in my hometown. What I like most about it is that it's more spacious. They have a covered garage and swimming pool. They offer 30 meals a month. It's newer looking and very nice. It's a very nice facility. The dining room is extremely nice. They have tablecloths, flowers, and little amenities that make it look nice, homey, and enjoyable. They have the facility available there for you to go to rehab. They have some units that are not yet renovated. I've seen some of the units that I'm sure that the owners of the unit or the renters have made the improvements themselves. It's a big community. I had lunch there, and the food was excellent. I think they have everything that you want and more. They have an exercise room, game room, and theater for movies.

My parents are at Lake Pointe Landing Retirement. It's excellent, and I think it's a great place. It's a beautiful place to live and has good assisted care. They've got independent living too. My parents were moved from independent living to assisted living. They're also paying a little bit extra to have somebody come in to do extra assistance in the mornings and the evenings. They both need a lot of care right now, so they're paying extra to get some additional help. There are lots of activities available there, but both are not able to get around right now. They have excellent food there. They've got first-class chefs to prepare the meals, and the food is great. They're currently living in an apartment that's 800 square feet (I think). It's got 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths. One has a walk-in shower, and one has a bath shower. There are those 2 bedrooms and in between there's kind of a combination dining room, a living room, and a small kitchenette. That seems to be plenty for them at this point. There are various other accommodations, especially if you're independent living. There are patio homes. There are also apartments that range anywhere from a studio, 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom. They were in the 3-bedroom before they moved into assisted living. They had 1,200 square feet, and it was quite nice. It's a 3-bedroom with a kitchen, a kind of a living room, and dining room. The facility is just the prettiest spot I've seen. The grounds are well maintained. It's in a beautiful setting. It's got a little lake behind one of the main buildings, and it's quite safe. I've compared it to other places, including places down here in Florida. I think it's a great value for money. None of these places are inexpensive, but one nice thing is that you're kind of paying as you go. You're not expected to put $100,000 down before moving in. These places aren't cheap, but I think Lake Pointe is reasonable (comparatively speaking). They have regular performances by local artists. They have an exercise room, game rooms, a library, and various lounges around the building. They take people out on trips regularly. It sounds to me like it's a pretty full schedule, and they have lots of activities that people are interested in participating in. They also have shuttle services to local shopping, doctors' appointments, and stuff like that so I'm really impressed.

We live in a villa at Lake Pointe Landing. We don't get meals because I don't want meals. We have villas, patio homes, and a big house where the apartments are. There hasn't been any activity for the past year, but we now have bridge, canasta, movies, bingo, and entertainment. Next week, we're having The Duo Pianos come through the community. They have two baby-grand pianos on the back of a truck, and they are fantastic. We have lots of entertainment. There are groups of villas together. We have about 1800 square feet in ours, three bedrooms, and a den. We have a FROG (Finished Room Over Garage), and there's just a bedroom and bathroom there. You're very independent here. You own your own garage, and they take care of everything on the outside. We bought the villa. We can buy dining room tickets for lunch and dinner if we want to, but we never do. Lunch is absolutely fantastic. We have Philly cheesesteak sandwiches from Philadelphia, and the chef orders the bread from Philadelphia, which is very thin and delicious. He's an excellent chef. We have a pool, an exercise room, a big meeting place, and a chapel -- the whole nine yards. They have a living room and two libraries. They have The Harbor, which is what we call the big house. The value for the money is very good. There are sections of villas all over, and some have basements. I have a deck in the back, and it's landscaped beautifully. They do all the caretaking outside, and we have one-and-a-half garages.

Lake Pointe Landing was nice, but expensive for me. They had a swimming pool, a dining room, and a fitness center. I only met one staff member, and she was fine.

My rating is not based on quality of care, as LPL has bee great on that account. My rating, *is* based on LPL's bookkeeping, and I would urge anyone considering LPL to avoid their online payment/account portal like the plague. I've been very disappointed concerning the lack of payment options, and even more disappointed at LPL's apparent inability or unwillingness to resolve billing errors--errors for which *they* have conceded responsibility. The community from which my mother moved offered several auto-payment options (as most modern facilities do), but LPL's options are very limited. Bordering on archaic, in fact. So in summary, great place to live, but be sure you understand exactly how their bookkeeping works (or doesn't work) before signing on.

We have had several friends and relatives who have been in area Assisted Living facilities. Biggest issue: Though the Bridge facility was clean, lovely and comfortable, but the overall admin and staff attitude is risky to approach about any issue. They lack objectivity and are defensive. Relatives who have worked there say admin and staff label families who take issue as complainers. Phone and internet was the slowest ever so computer use and streaming movies was frustrating and most often impossible. Unless they change their perspective on dealing with complaints/concerns and quality control, we don't recommend The Bridge.

The Bridge at Lake Pointe Landing was too large for us. They have a huge library and you they watch movies there. The price is all-inclusive. They come in and clean the house, and you could clean your own if you want. You rent, not buy in. If you choose to leave, then you have to give them two months-notice, which seems fair. They have a swimming pool.

One of the key things about The Bridge At Lake Pointe Landing was the good pricing. My mother's allowed to keep her dog there, and they help her with that as well. She has her own little apartment that's very good for her. The staff is also wonderful, and my mother didn't have any complaints about the food. The place is very spacious and well-maintained.

Lake Pointe Landing is a beautiful place. I love that they have Life Care across the street in case you have to have extended care. Lake Pointe Landing is very clean, but way too expensive. The workers are very nice, very friendly, very informative and willing to give you information when you ask. They keep their residents active. They have something every day, like artistic activities, exercises, and crafts. They have a fabulous chef. Their food is absolutely delicious; it's the best.

Lake Pointe Landing is our favorite community. It's warm and welcoming aspect feels like you're home, and I just like the atmosphere altogether. The food is good and the staff who gave me the tour was excellent. He was also understanding about our concerns with the aspects of moving someone who's more than 80 years old. He did an outstanding job. They have all kinds of different activities and they take the residents places, whether it be to a show or even just a shop.

Lake Pointe Landing Retirement has everything from independent cottages, to apartment living, to end of life. They will allow hospice to come in to the facility rather than you having to move the patient elsewhere.

We get three meals a day and have nurses from the facilities here at Lake Pointe Landing. The community is quite large. It has an entertainment room where they show movies and have parties. There is a lot going on here but I can’t participate because I’m not able to. They have all kinds of cards, movies, and people who come in to entertain us. It has everything here. We have made good friends. They have a good health program with a doctor on-call and a nurse who comes the minute you call them. We can’t complain about a thing. The food is pretty good. There are days where there’s things we don’t like, but on those days, we don’t have to go with it because we were given the menu at the beginning of the week of what we’re going to have. We just pick and choose what we want. It is a very nice community. We have been very happy here. There are patio homes and villas. We happened to have a patio home, which is a two-bedroom with our own kitchen, two bathrooms, and a one-car garage. We have an end unit, so we’re very fortunate.

The Bridge at Lake Pointe Landing is a beautiful, new, clean, and well-appointed facility in a convenient location. Everything about it is top notch, and it is not overpriced. The atmosphere is very casual and very elegant at the same time. The rooms were nice and security is very good because they have key fobs and always know where all of the employees and residents are. A bad computer, Wi-Fi, and bad Internet were the only struggles we had there.

Lake Pointe was excellent and wonderful, but it was way over my relative's budget. We did take a tour, and it's a five-star hotel. They have everything that anybody would want if they could afford it. It was a nice place with wonderful meals. The food was excellent. They have a menu that you can order from. It's posh.

My wife's step-mother used to live at the Bridge at Lake Pointe Landing for three months. The room that she was in is spacious enough, and the facility itself was presented very well. The RNs and LPNs on scene 24 hours a day was most important. The food was good, and the dining setup was very good. They have a lot of activities planned out for the day each day. They had musicians come in to play, and they have scenic rides. They have games and arts and crafts scheduled almost every day. We thought the security was good, but it appears it was a little questionable. The one thing they can improve on is that the staff needs to pay more attention to the residents. We thought they were accommodating, but we found that it wasn't the case. I would not recommend this place to others at this time.

The Bridge at Lake Pointe Landing was very nice, very organized, very clean, and it was very large, which was my concern because our aunt has dementia, and I was worried she would be confused in that setting. But I have talked to people, and they seem to feel that the residents there are well taken care of, so we are considering it. The staff seemed busy, involved, active, and kind. The studio was too small, and we kind of looked at the one-bedroom situation. We felt like the size was small but adequate for what she'll probably eventually need. It seemed they had a full activity schedule, and that was one of the things we liked about that place.

Lake Pointe Landing was very nice. It had beautiful grounds. The food and their dining room were both excellent. They had a rehab place where doctors sent patients that didn't live there, which was very good. It was a little more expensive, but it is was an excellent facility. I would recommend them to others if they could afford it.

The Bridge at Lake Pointe Landings Retirement had 102 units in two floors. So, it is a very large facility. My wife used to go to a poetry group there and I was able to observe the staff. I was very impressed with them. The outstanding characteristic is the safety and security of their residence, they have 24-hour security that manned the main door. All of the other doors were alarmed. We were invited for lunch there. My understanding under the North Carolina State regulations, the menus throughout the year on these facilities were set by the State and there has to be at least one alternative on each meals. There was a selection of food and they serve breakfast in your room. It if hadn't been for the proximity and the smaller size of the facility where my wife's now, I would have been comfortable with my wife being at Lake Pointe Landings.

I went with my daughter and son-in-law at Lake Pointe Landing. The place is so wonderful and we couldn't just pass it up. What really sold us was that they have little cottages. The first thing that appealed to me was that they have a chapel and a Catholic service every Sunday. They also have an exercise room and a beautiful library. They have a very active list of things to do. They do tours and every week they take the residence to the bank, to the hospital, or to their doctor's appointments. The staff were very cooperative.
