To the naked eye, the Croatoan Village looks like something you would find back in the days of the Croatoan back in the days of John Smith when Virginia was being founded. Don't get me wrong, the place is clean but it just lacks that certain "something". I walked in and asked for a brochure or pamphlet because I was thinking of moving in and I got a laugh out of the receptionist but that was the only laugh I seen throughout the visit. The building, itself, just didn't look like it "wanted" vis...
