My parents and my aunt moved into Harmony at Greensboro. I liked the broad range of activities regardless of the person's physical capabilities; they're very inclusive of everyone. They have a very nice dining menu with lots of options, so the resident doesn't feel like they're locked into just the special of the day. They have lots of other everyday options. The staff has been very caring, responsive, and loving with the residents. It's a new facility that's less than five years old. The facilities are super clean, nice, spacious, and airy. They have a lot of outdoor space for those who can get outdoors. The food is very good. It's better than expected for that type of environment.

The lady at Harmony at Greensboro gave me a really good tour. I met several of the employees there and it was very impressive. The building itself is really up-to-date and modern with wide hallways. The activity rooms are large enough for exercise and for groups to get together. They bring groups in to sing and perform and that's very appealing to most of the residents, especially locals who are always willing to come in. The dining room is beautiful. It's really a beautiful place and the apartments are nice. They're small, but they're nice. They have one and two-bedroom apartments. Their amenities are outstanding. It's everything you could need. They also have a beauty salon and a barbershop.

Harmony at Greensboro was a big facility. I was able to visit their memory care unit and everything was clean. Everybody seemed very friendly, outgoing, very welcoming, and very knowledgeable about what their jobs were. At that point in time, we were just looking for the square footage and kind of looking to see what would be available. We also were checking in, as far as the amount of turnover that they have, and they were very accommodating for that. I looked at the menu and I was there between the breakfast and the lunch. I was able to see when breakfast was being picked up and then lunch was being set down. I liked that they have a good variety and you get to order. So, you had a choice. They had a pipe burst and they were currently in a construction piece where they were cordoning off certain sections. So, it seemed like it was an active cleanup zone. The facility was just a little too big for what we needed. I felt like maybe a little more of their attention was spent on the assisted living section and not as much on memory care.

Harmony at Greensboro was just old and not cared for very well. The only apartment available had cracked floors and cannot be used yet. They said the apartments come with appliances. We were there at lunchtime and the residents were eating in a small dining room. It looked more like a cafeteria. The facility didn't seem very clean to us.

I like that Harmony at Greensboro is new and I like the size because it's up to four levels. Different floors have different types of residents. The atmosphere was good. I liked it. The people seemed active. They walk around and they smile more. They have a washer and dryer inside the apartment, so you don't need to go to the laundry room. The rooms were kind of lively because they were new. They're bigger and had a modern design. It's a good experience to us. We didn't try the food, but we saw people having lunch and they looked good. I did not see them complaining or having an upset face, so I think it's good. They're under repair because they had the storm and there was leaking inside the building, and they're doing a good job.

I liked Harmony at Greensboro. I was impressed with it. I had a really good tour. I was impressed with the meals. I got a good feeling about it. I thought the rooms were nice. The one I looked at had a big balcony, and I thought it was nice. I had lunch there, and it was good. The staff were informative. Everything was nice. I think it's a pretty good facility. They have movies, they have games, and they have bridge games. They have stuff available if you take advantage of it.

I chose Harmony at Greensboro because I like the atmosphere, and I like the presentation they did. It was very nice. It's comparable to our home. It's very clean, and that was one requirement. The staff who assisted me were very friendly and very thorough. I was there close to the holidays, so some people were on vacation, but they responded afterward. I looked at the menu, but I have not sampled the food. The menu was extensive. You get a choice of two entrees and it's balanced.

My wife and I both live in Harmony at Greensboro's independent living, and we're happy with it. We've had a positive experience. All of it is brand-new, it's less than two years old. You're required to have dinner, as part of the fee that you pay. So whether you eat there or not, you pay. You have the option to go ahead and have breakfast or lunch and pay an extra fee for that. The food has been very good. Since food prices have gone sky-high everywhere, there's been some adjustments. There are a variety of things to do, from music groups that come in, opportunities for learning, all kinds of games, and exercise programs. It's pretty much what you would normally get in other places. You can be busy all day long if you want to. The services they provide are very good. I've been here for quite some time and I've gotten to know everybody that services us on a first-name basis. The staff members are very cooperative and very helpful, and if you make a call of a need, they're there. The facility is well-kept.

I will be moving into Harmony at Greensboro. I made my decision that because of my age, it's time for me to find a place other than this little house that I rent. So, the very afternoon that I filled out the questionnaire, Harmony called me, and several other places called me. I knew exactly what I wanted, so I only toured this and one other place. The other place was much older, and it didn't have the safety features that I have to have. Harmony is just two years old, and it has a very caring staff. I like the fact that the residents are multi-racial. There were Hispanic people, Jewish, white, and African Americans, as well as Asian people. I did not try the food, but I had a chance to talk with some of the residents. I was waiting for the marketing director to take me on the tour. I asked about the food, they said it was delicious. One woman about my age with the same background of mine said that I don't ever have to cook another meal, the food is so good. It's very well laid out. I am renting a one-bedroom apartment, and I wanted a large balcony and lots of windows, and I got those. The only thing that I think would make it better would have been in their initial architectural planning if they had put in a freight elevator. I'm hiring a moving company to move my belongings, and they only have one elevator for this four-story building. Unfortunately, three times a day they have meals. So, the movers can't go in during that time. I'm a little bit concerned because I'm paying the movers by the hour. It would be so much better if they had built in a freight elevator. Another thing that I like is that all the showers are wheelchair accessible. That wasn't true at the more expensive older place. One thing that is very dangerous for me is to try to climb over the edge of the tub. I don't have to do that at Harmony because they are all handicap accessible.

I had a good tour experience at Harmony at Greensboro. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the facility was pretty good. Their apartments were more than adequate. Their location is not the best, but they're ok. I think this community is reasonable and the price is reasonable too.

We went to see Harmony at Greensboro. It was very, very nice. We were about to place my husband there because it was so much cheaper to get in, but they do not have skilled nursing. We didn't realize that. We had actually put money down and everything, but we backed out. We toured independent living, and it was excellent. It is so much cheaper to get in. It was $3,500 to get in. I thought it was excellent. I had lunch there, and the food was just fabulous. There's just no skilled nursing, but other than that, it's fine. All of the staff were just very nice, not pushy, very factual, and very nice. The location is fabulous because it's so close to everything.

We visited the independent and assisted living at Harmony at Greensboro. It was very clean and well thought out. They had a lot of activities and a lot of things to do there. We liked it. The staff was nice and he was showing us around. My mom got tired, so he got a wheelchair to help carry her around. The menu was good. The only thing was that you had a limited amount of meals. They had three meals a day, but you can only do one of those meals a day or something like that. We liked their amenities. They had a lot of things like transportation to and from other things, so that was positive. We saw the facilities for movies and everything, but nobody was in there at that point. It was nice because you can segue over from independent to assisted living. They were all in the same building. You can just move to a different floor, but you can stay in that place.

My mom is now at Harmony at Greensboro. It's pretty much brand spanking new. The thing I liked about it was it's very close to my home, so it's easier to go and visit my mom. The thing that impressed me the most was the man who took us on the tour. He stopped and communicated with every resident we came across. He knew them by first name, and they knew him. He seemed like he truly did care, and that was important to me. I was very impressed with the staff and how they interacted with the people who live there. The bedroom was spacious, it's a good-sized bedroom. My mom has a queen-sized bed and two dressers, and everything fits perfectly. Each residence has its own washer and dryer, and that was nice. Other places have shared facilities or they come and do your laundry for you. They have transportation to shopping and to medical appointments. They have a lot of social activities. The dining area was very nice. With Covid, the tables are spaced pretty far apart. It was clean. It looked very well lit, and there were a lot of windows. I didn't get to taste the food, but it sure smells good. One of the reasons we chose this place is that it has three levels, so people can age in place. My mom went into independent living, but we have the option to move her up to assisted living, and then memory care if we need to. The staff has been pleasant to work with.

Harmony at Greensboro was a very nice place, and for some people it's probably perfect. For us, our home now is perfect. Everything is fairly new there. There's nothing that we could or would want to be different if we wanted to live their way. I think it's a nice place. The staff was very pleasant. It's very clean. There is a lot of support around the place, like doctors, dentists, and stores. It's easy to go to whatever business you need.

I looked at Harmony at Greensboro. It's a beautiful community. They were very nice and I like the community. It was just not the best fit for my father. The tour and the staff who accommodated me were very nice. It's very clean and very updated. The apartment was very nice, it was well-done, they were smaller but they were perfect for what he needed. The accomodations were smaller than where he came from, but costed more money.

We visited Harmony at Greensboro yesterday. It's a very nice place, and the staff who gave the tour was fine. They were celebrating their one-year anniversary, and they had something going on so it was very festive. It had a good atmosphere. We're working on the budget because it might be a little out of reach for us. The rooms were nice, clean, and substantial. The tour was just fine; it's a lovely place.

My husband and I will be moving into Harmony at Greensboro. We liked the location. We saw a nice apartment, it suited us and our furniture fit in it very well. We haven't moved in yet, but we just made a decision. The room was very nice, adequate space for us, and it was the size that we were looking for. The staff was very nice, very helpful, gave us a lot of information, and showed us around.

Harmony at Greensboro is very nice and it's brand new, but it was so expensive. The staff who showed me around. The 1-bedroom was a pretty size, the studios could be a little bigger, they were nice and they were okay, but the rent was too high. I noticed that there were not enough closets to put things away, and storage was a problem. They gave me a food package to take home. I saw the dining area, and it looked nice. It was clean.

I saw the independent living of Harmony at Greensboro. It was outstanding. I liked everything. The staff was also outstanding. They were very professional, yet friendly. The rooms were nice and clean, and part of that was because they're so new. I liked the floor plans. There is one thing that I specifically liked, I liked the fact that you could get units with two bathrooms. However, I didn't get as much information on their activities.

Harmony at Greensboro was an exceptionally nice place. We saw the assisted living, and it was very nice. The apartments were really great, a good size, and brand new. We met a few of the different staff members, like the chef and so forth, and we were very impressed with them. They offer amenities like going out on the bus, and going sight-seeing. They don't want to go out to restaurants because of the virus, but they still take out the residents who want to go out. The place was very beautiful. The skilled nursing facility will not be open for about three or four more weeks. I talked to an independent living person who said that the food there was good. The place itself was absolutely gorgeous. It's in a good location, it's not in a high-density traffic area, the building is brand new, and they have everything there that you would want.
