My father has been at Fayetteville Manor for about 9 months now. Since the day of the family walk through and almost daily visits by us we have TOTALLY satisfied and pleased with his care by the professional, compassionate staff. The facility is clean and well taken care of. Friends of the family that are in the medical field have been highly impressed.

The staff here will belittle your loved one, allow medication to run out, they don't wear mask and allow others inside without mask yet families are not allowed past the front door, belongings will come up missing and very seldom be found. If you hold staff accountable then your loved one will suffer the consequences. They caused mine to have a breakdown/ran her blood pressure up to the point of being hospitalized because she didn't want to go back there. During the initial phase of Covid-19 they lied to families and said loved ones could only go out with staff even to Dr Appointments. It caused a lot of residents to be upset. These people only want families that believe what they say and don't challenge the validity and residents that can't tell their family what's going on. If your loved one is having falls or seems like something is wrong please follow up with someone outside the facility because they all cover for each other except the rare few and they don't want to lose their job but I had staff talk to me and tell me how horrible my mother was bring treated mentally yet they acted like it was just her but I know better. No one has a nervous breakdown and almost has a stroke due to fear of gong back to a facility for nothing. They even placed a woman in the room with her that hits on people and I had to go over there at 5:30am because she had hit on my mother again. Yes I sent messages to several people including the administrator yet I had to threaten calling Social Services to get her removed after no response to my attempts of speaking to the administrator because she's the guardian of the woman that's allowed to hit and shove on residents and staff. They have a 1 Star rating with NCDHHS.

My Mom has been at Fayetteville Manor almost 2 years. It's a wonderful facility with a very caring staff. She's well taken care of. I moved her from another facility in Fayetteville and I was paying $ 6,000 a month for her room. Her care is 100 percent better at Fayetteville Manor than the other facility and almost 1/2 the cost. The Administrator is wonderful. I highly recommend this facility.

My mom is going to stay in Fayetteville Manor. It is a great place. They have all kinds of activities that they do with the residents -- church, singing, exercising, arts and crafts, gardening, and more. Absolutely, I would recommend it. It is only for Alzheimer's and dementia patients; they only have Alzheimer's patients there.
