My mom moved into Harmony at Hope Mills. It just seemed to be a nice and clean facility. The apartment was a spacious room for one person. The staff members were friendly and willing to help. I know they offer some classes and music. In their music room, they have a piano, and some people play the guitar. They have a library. From time to time, they take the residents out. My mom has not complained about the food, so I'll take that as a good thing.

I went to Harmony at Hope Mills. They allow animals. You can have a pet there. They have refrigerators in their little apartment. You can get a one bedroom or two bedroom one. They have all kinds of activities. They have a nursing staff at all times. I tried to get my aunt in that one, but they don't take Medicaid. The staff was overly helpful. It was not old, very new, very well equipped, and had plenty of room. When you walked in, they had a kitchen and everything, but they just didn't have a stove. They had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a kitchen cabinet.

We toured Harmony at Hope Mills. It's very clean and it's modern. It's very well maintained. The staff was very friendly and informative. They have a library, a gym, and a theater room.

My mother has moved into Harmony at Hope Mills. We had a few issues, but we got them ironed out. The appearance looks good. My mother has a studio apartment. They have activities, and they're not bad. They're playing Hangman. They have a game room. My mother plays bingo. They have a gym. They have a nice dining room. However, for the first two weeks, I was in the director's office, the executive director's office, and everything because my mom had issues with some of the nursing staff who were rude to her. A couple of times they had left her in her room after she called them to come change her and she ended up soaking wet, and her bed was wet and everything. I'm having issues with some of the staff.

I went to look at Harmony at Hope Mills, and it was a beautiful experience. I love the atmosphere. Everybody was friendly and so kind. I liked the facility. I told my daughter that when I got to the point that I needed assisted living, I would transfer here. It was just such a warm atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful and roomy. I can see myself living there when I get to that phase. The residents were kind and engaging.

Harmony at Hope Mills was very nice. There was nothing that I didn't like. It was well taken care of. It was clean and the staff was nice, well-spoken, and friendly. They had a gym and a courtyard. They had a view to go outside and experience nature. It was well-kept.

Harmony at Hope Mills was very nice, and I have that on my list to revisit. It's one of my choices. I concentrated on the memory care, but I saw both assisted living and memory care. I liked it. The person who did the tour was nice and friendly. The folks seemed nice and friendly. To me, it was small, but intimate and nice. It was just a little bit older. It was not outdated, but it wasn't as new as some of the other places I saw. The facilities were nice and they had a secure enclosed area for patients that had memory care issues to be able to walk around but be safe. They had areas that they could walk around and go outside, but still be safe within the facility. They were eating when I was there. The food looked good. I saw some activities going on, and some caregivers spending time with the residents doing activities. I only met two staff members because it was on a Saturday, but they were friendly.

Harmony at Hope Mills was very nice. They were fabulous. I was very impressed with the place. The staff was phenomenal. I liked the way that they had it set up with areas where they could go and converge and meet up. The layout was very clean and very easy to navigate. It felt very homey, almost like an apartment building. You felt like you were in a nice apartment building once you got inside. I noticed that the staff were so good about acknowledging everybody that was in the hall and checking on them to make sure that they were okay. I enjoyed that. I liked the layout very much of it. I met with Melanie who took me on a tour of the facility. I remember that they had very nice different layouts for rooms with different sizes, so you could pick a studio or a larger unit. You can choose an already furnished room or you could bring in your own furniture if you wanted to personalize the place, so that was certainly a plus there. And they had activities going on. It seemed like they were very well coordinated and everything. When you compare them to the other facilities that are available in Fayetteville, they are certainly one of the best. The staff was wonderful. The actual building and the layout and everything, they're doing the best with what they have, but the staff that was running it, I was extremely impressed with.

I toured Harmony at Hope Mills. The facility was nice. However, it was not as bright, accommodating, and inviting as the other place. It was clean. The staff was nice. The rooms were not quite as elaborate as the ones at the other place. They had a game room. They had a nice lunch room and a break room. You could go outside if you wanted to. It was very nice, just not quite as elaborate. But it didn't cost us much either.

I had a tour of Harmony at Hope Mills. I was met by the community liaison who was a very nice person and was very well-informed. The place was nice, it's clean and does not smell, and there's no odor. They had a very friendly staff. They had their own hair salon and barber shop, which is typical in all places. The patient care was very good, they all looked healthy and they have a lot of activities there.

I toured Harmony at Hope Mills. It was a great facility. It was very lively and I enjoyed my visit. I would consider it myself when my time comes. Some of the rooms were quite spacious and some were sized depending on your needs. They have kitchenettes and everything in them. You could spend as much time in your room as you wanted to. But they also had several activities which they had on the calendar there. Something was going on every day, which was pretty interesting. They had a variety of food. They even had a little bar, it was like a happy hour. The staff seemed very friendly. What I was surprised by is how many there were. There were a lot of staff present. I think they might have been celebrating one of the staff member's birthday. There were lots of balloons.

My friend moved into Harmony at Hope Mills and he is doing very well. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. He has his own separate apartment with a living room, bathroom, bedroom, and a kitchenette. He can cook his own food if he chooses to, or he can go to the dining hall to have his meals there. They offer bingo games and they go into the activity hall to do stuff. The grounds are well-kept and they have courtyards in the center that the residents have access to.

My grandmother will be moving into Harmony at Hope Mills. It's well-rounded the way it's set up. The dining room is a cafe style. I just like the setup and the way they treat the people. They would always ask if someone was wandering, "Are you okay?" "How are you doing today?" It was just a good atmosphere. They showed me a larger room and a studio. Everything was clean. I didn't see anything out of place. There were no smells. They have two activity rooms, one in the front and one in the back. They had something called a bistro where you could have little parties and gather after your meal. They have a porch and they have chairs and they can come out and sit there when they wanted to. They have an in-house provider. They have someone onsite that can do what I need to do. If she needs to have some type of physical therapy, they have all of that onsite. It's all-inclusive. Two of my grandmother's church members had lived in the community and also it was recommended by my cousin.

The rooms at Harmony at Hope Mills are a good size and have a good layout. My mother-in-law's room is very spacious. She's got a full-size bed and has more than enough room for her full- size nightstand. She has two chairs in there, her TV (and a TV stand), a dresser, and a good size walk-in bathroom (that's bigger than most master bathrooms). It has a kitchen area with a sink and a microwave oven, a full fridge, and cabinet space to put stuff there (even the bathroom has cabinet space, too). They have an overhead patio where the residents all sit out. Then they have this huge ice chest full of water and stuff for them. They have an area outside where they can barbecue with chairs and stuff. They have a big library, puzzles, a beauty shop, a person that comes in every Tuesday to do people's nails, and then the hair would be on Wednesdays. They provide three meals a day, but they start very early at 7:30 for breakfast (which I think a person doesn't eat that early). When it comes to the medication, they give them all out at one time. If you're supposed to have morning medication and evening medication, they don't care. It's just all at one time.

I was pleased with all the places I visited, but my favorite was Harmony at Hope Mills. They're attentive. I like their menu options and their activities. I'm giving the staff a 5 because of their attentiveness and their flexibility. They have a gym and a salon. They have a large dining area. It wasn't the best location; that was probably the least thing I liked.

The tour I had in Harmony at Hope Mills was the one I enjoyed the most. The staff was great, and the facility itself was beautiful. The layout was wonderful. They had everything a person would need. It's just that they were a private facility, so a lot of us can't afford the cost of it. Overall, the things that they have available were wonderful. The staff was awesome and were very helpful. They worked with me and even assisted me in finding another place. They understood where I was coming from, and so they were recommending me to other places as well.

We're going to go with Harmony at Hope Mills for mom. We were very happy with Melanie that showed us around. She was wonderful. We were pleased with the activities they had, the living arrangements of the rooms, and things of that nature. We were looking at the regular care, and then also the memory care. It seemed like it was very clean and well kept. Everything looked like it was in good working order. We saw other residents walking around. It seemed like they were very happy there. Everything that we saw looked great for us (the accommodations, the dining hall, the activity area), and we were pleased with everything. They said that we could make arrangements to come and bring my mom there to lunch if we would like to. We saw the menu and we were pleased with it. We had checked their sanitation rating also, which we were happy with. The rooms had plenty of space and clean. We were happy with what they were offering. We were very pleased with our tour. We only encountered a few staff members, but they were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The director there was wonderful. We were very happy with the facility.

I visited Harmony at Hope Mills. It was very clean, the people there were very friendly and I like the lady that I talked with. It's not that far from me to go and see my wife. I liked what they had to say when I talked to the lady out there. The place was old, I sat in the kitchen for a little while though they weren't open, everything was neat and clean. They were all friendly and all spoke when I got close to you.

I went to Harmony at Hope Mills Assisted Living. It was very new and nice, nicely decorated. It didn't look run down or anything like that. I got a lot of information from the director, she was very helpful and informative and followed up. But unfortunately, I was unable to commit because my dad doesn't want to go anywhere. I just walked through the dining area. I did not eat there or anything. It looked nice. She explained that the residents sat down and I think they ordered their food. It seemed to be very well organized. I saw an activities board with a list of things that were going on. I also saw the physical therapy room. I was very impressed.

Harmony at Hope Mills is very inviting. It's a newer facility, so it feels more like a home instead of a nursing home. The staff was excellent; everyone was very nice and efficient with their jobs. The place looked beautiful and very homey.

The staff at Harmony at Hope Mills was very articulate about everything. She showed me around and showed me the amenities and the staff. Everyone was very pleasant there. Everything was clean and in order. I visited this apartment, and it was very pretty, very unique, and very accommodating. My cousin would love that. They offered three meals a day, they offered cleaning the apartment, and also laundry. They had their canteen area, book area, library, and entertainment. They also had a gym there, like an exercise room. It offered cooking on the outside if the family wanted to come and have a cookout or anything. They also have outings and movie nights. They had a movie theater room and a pleasant room where you go and just commune, just be one accord with yourself or your belief. There were so many other things. They asked me if I wanted anything to drink or anything to eat. They have chips and dips, and sodas and water. They didn't have the lunch prepared at that time. They do have a cafeteria for meals and everything. They have a private area for the people that want to come out. They can also eat in their own home. The apartment that I saw had its own kitchen, just in case they want to cook there, or if you didn't want to have three meals a day. They also have a doctor that comes in three times a week on the premises. It offered a lot. I was very thrilled about it. The staff was very charming and very, very communicative. She came and asked me about how he was doing. She even called over to find out how he was doing. I thought that was commendable. She didn't throw us to the wolves, she followed through on everything. The place looked pretty new. When I first walked in, when I first came here, I didn't know it was assisted living. It's like a home away from home, like a resort. They have a menu and what I saw on the menu was exceptional.

The tour we had with Harmony at Hope Mills was nice. The lady came in on her day off to give us the tour because we requested it on a Sunday. They have studio apartments, restaurant dining, a bistro bar, arts and crafts, a library, work out room, a little spa room, a salon, and a movie theater. The facility is also very clean. There are a lot of amenities and it's a beautiful place, but I think the costs need to be explained clearly before the tour. We were told it was $5200 a month, but when we got there it was $7200. My parents can't afford $7000. We wouldn't have even scheduled the tour had we known about the costs upfront.

Harmony at Hope Mills was very nice. It was like going into the Hilton. The staff during the tour was very informative and very nice. They're pet friendly, and it was very clean. The residents were active, too. It's a brand new facility. The dining room was very nice and spacious. It felt homey and we were impressed.

My mother moved into Harmony at Hope Mills. I found it to be a beautiful facility, the staff is very professional, and everyone there is very nice, very kind, and very helpful. I have absolutely no complaints. She has a studio apartment with a kitchenette, a full-sized refrigerator, and a sink that you can push a wheelchair up to. The bathroom has a very large shower. It's a new facility, I think it opened in February this year, and it's really a very nice facility. When you come in the front door there is a lobby with a fireplace, the place is modern, it has a bistro where there's coffee 24/7, snacks and fruits, and a large 30-inch TV. They have a dining hall with linen tablecloths, you choose your food from a menu, and they take your order and bring it to you. There's an activities room where you're able to do floral arrangements, bingo, a physical therapy room, a gym, a spa, and washers and dryers in the room for those that can wash their own clothes. They also wash your clothes, fold them, and bring them back to you on your shower days. They have a bus that will take them on outings, they have seasonal activities like a Halloween party, and they decorate for the holidays. They have a theater where they show movies.

My friend is in Harmony at Hope Mills. Everything has been very nice. The place is lovely, and the staff has been wonderful. I have the highest praise for them. I'm really satisfied. The food is good. It's clean, brand new, modern, smells good, and everything is intact. There are no issues with the building or anything. They do painting, play bingo, they go out, and they watch movies. The value for money is excellent. She's very happy there.
