Heritage Care of Elizabeth City was overcrowded and didn't have many activities. They certainly could use more staff. The rooms were small. There was no place to do anything in the room. Usually, there were two people in a room and so it was not conducive to good living, but they were doing their job and the people needed them. It's well-maintained and well-taken care of. It's clean and decent.
