My mom is staying in Spring Arbor of Greenville. They are all very kind. They greeted her and made her feel very special when she moved in. Her room is very nice, and the staff is always willing to help. I have not eaten there, but she doesn't comment on the food or anything. But the dining area looks like a restaurant. It's very nice. They have several activities there. They have groups that come in that sing and entertain, and they have exercise classes but it's like fun exercises to help them. The exercises are really easy. They have bingo. Those are things that I have seen taking place. I'm trying to persuade my mom to participate, but she has never been that type of person. Nevertheless, the atmosphere there is very nice. I would consider Spring Arbor to be one of the best places in Greenville. I have been very impressed with them.

I needed care for my father. The director Kimy was amazing and was available 24 /7 while we weeded through the legalities since they (husband and wife) did not prepare for aging. She went above and beyond to make it happen!!! And is still checking on me. The staff was caring and helped in every situation. Dad is happy there. I am so thankful.

My mother is living in Spring Arbor. I think that they have been very nice. They are very accommodating, and they have loads of patients. They play Bingo, and they have an ice-cream truck that comes, a walking trail, and several activities going on daily. And the residents can choose what they would like to participate with. Right now, they are planning a trip -- I think they are going to a bird sanctuary. It is clean and does not smell. It is very pleasing to the eye, very well-kept, and all of the people that work there smile and say, "Hello." It is expensive, and I wish their laundry service was a little better, but it is what it is. The location is very convenient for us rather than going out of town.

Spring Arbor of Greenville is a nice facility. I am very impressed with it, and I enjoyed the tour very much. If my mother had been able to look after herself and would have been satisfied, she would have probably gone there. But her health deteriorated to the point that she can't go there. I don't know about how the care goes, but I know some people that have recently put family there. They have no complaints. It's a very lovely facility, and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are shared with someone. I would like to say that we were very impressed with it. But we couldn't use it because my mom needs skilled nursing. They don't take Medicaid or Medicare. It is strictly a self-paid or long term insurance.

I visited Spring Arbor since it was my first choice for my mother. But the waiting list was just too long, I could not wait any longer. The facility was very clean and they also had good staff.

This facility is a great place located in the heart of Greenville. They offer many forms of activities to the residents and their families. My grandmother lived here and she was so happy here. She would always complement the staff and the janitorial staff on doing such a great job. The residents are well taken care of and looked after. I was there on day and seen a resident trip and fall. All the staff in the area rushed to her aid and they call a code over the intercom system and additional help arrived promptly. They care for the residents and do a great job at it.
