I visited this facility

I went to Eno Point Assisted Living. We met with the staff, and she talked to me out of not coming there. We did a mini-tour. We went in, we went to the conference room. It wasn't as clean, it wasn't as polished, the appearance was not as nice.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Eno Pointe Assisted Living is an older facility, but the cleaning is great. I'm not so satisfied in some other areas, but the price is OK considering the other facilities that I wish my brother could've gotten in. For the price and the assistance that you get, what they offer is good. I think that they have a staff shortage and that's really the biggest issue there, but I think they do well. I think I'm a little more particular about it, so I might be a little prejudice toward it. The staff is nice, but overworked. My brother has a hearty appetite, but I don't think the amount of food is enough. I had to bring extra for him. He can walk and there are two long halls, so they give him all the access to walk as he pleases. He just cannot go out because he has a WanderGuard on. I appreciate that they look after him for that. There were music groups that would come in. They seemed to have ample activities before. They had games that they played together, and the residents seemed pretty content with that. The food was not presentable for me. They didn't have a cook per se. They were very light meals, maybe sandwiches, and they would have a great meal, but it was pretty sustainable for them.

I visited this facility

Eno Pointe Assisted Living is WONDERFUL! The staff works hard to make sure all of the residents are well taken care of all day long. Ask for Sandra! She is full of life and will show you around. Her enthusiasm is of the greatest respect and admiration. I am the proud owner of Floki, my Therapy Dog. He has visited several Assisted Living Facilities and Eno Pointe Assisted Living is by far his favorite! It smells good! The staff is personable with the residents and they provide soooo many activities. I can go on and on about how impressed I am with this special home for senior citizens.

I am a friend or relative of a resident

We moved my mom in to Eno Point Assisted Living around September 3 or 4. I like best their staff-to-patient ratio. I also like that it is an older facility and so the rooms are larger. Mom is in a private room with a private bath. However, we're having some obstacles there. There was an issue of stealing wherein some of the staff took some of Mom's private items and some personal supplies like lotions and stuff. Recently, this past week, they stole money from her. The administrative staff, however, is attentive to our concerns. Recently the administrator had just fired 17 employees for that issue and some combination of other things. Other than the stealing, everything else is jut really great there. I would give them a high rating.

Cost and affordability was one thing that was a concerned to me when I chose this facility for my grandmother. When we went and visited, I think it was a nice facility. I liked it and my grandmother liked it. What I like about Eno Pointe is that the staff was really good and that they have a lot of activities planned for the residents and my grandmother had been enjoying them. They have bingo, they take them out shopping, they have movies and things like that. Her room is nice and the size is enough for her. Meals are included. It looks good but I haven’t eaten there yet.
