I was very, very impressed with our visit to Waltonwood Senior Community. It's a beautiful facility. The staff seemed to be wonderful, and everything looked very state of the art. I only saw their model apartment, which was a 1-bedroom. I know they also have a 2-bedroom. It was reasonably spacious at 700 and some square feet. It had a kitchen gallery, a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom. They had a tremendous number of activities, just too many to go through in detail. I saw their schedule, so I saw some of the stuff going on. They had everything from movies to singalongs to card games to bingo. They also have church services and educational programs. They even had a separate place for sewing and doing jigsaw puzzles, things like that.
