I’m sorry for any one who had a negative experience in any way. It’s very stressful to place your loved one into a facility either long or short term. My grandmother’s room is clean and she is very well cared for. She is not a fan of staying in any facility but I find the staff very pleasant and easy to work with so far. They’re very helpful and attentive to her needs. I’m grateful for all of their help. Every case and situation is different.

This Facility is not fit for a dog. They should be investigated and probably shut down. The patients that are sent here cannot get water or Ice. The TVs do not work properly. People if you truly care about your loved ones do not send them to this facility. The Staff do not answer the phones, the patients are not cared for the way they should be cared for. When patients ring the bell for the nurse, the bell will ring for 45 Minutes or more. This is not a good place to send your love ones.

This is the worst place to send your loves one. My husband was a patient for stroke rehabilitation. The nursing staff on 3A are the worst. I call numerous times to speak to my husband and the nurse are to lazy to go to his room to check on him. He was transfer to the hospital twice and I wasn’t notified. The nurse staff lied. Finally I decided to transfer my husband to another facility after not being notified that he was sent to the hospital once again. My husband was not recovering he was getting . My husband could have died . Do not sent your love ones here.

I’m very unhappy with the care my mother is receiving there. They never pick up the phone nor do they call us back. They never sent her for a catscan when she was scheduled for one and a week later she still doesn’t have an appt. I would never have her sent here again!
