Prestwick Chase was very nice and very well maintained. It was very aesthetically pleasing. The staff who assisted us with the tour was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant to talk to. We saw their dining facility. They had a shuttle to take people to appointments. The place was pet friendly. Everyone had a private little balcony area. There was a beauty salon there. There was a bank inside, too.

I like Prestwick Chase the best out of the ones I visited. I like the setting and the benefits that they give you. They had a restaurant, a bar for socializing, and a lot of community activities. I was very pleased. The staff was excellent. They had movies, card games, transportation, Friday night socials, and music. They had a resident counsel where people can be involved in the quality of care and activities. The only thing it lacked was a swimming pool.

Prestwick Chase is excellent. The staff who gave us the tour was very well-informed and was an excellent representative. We had lunch there which was competitive with major restaurants in the area. They have PT, massage, dance, history class, a library, and table games like poker and blackjack. It's a very impressive facility.

Prestwick Chase cottages offered us more independent living in a duplex-type house setting. They had two-bedrooms, two-baths with living room, dining room, kitchen, and a garage. A meal package comes when you rent a cottage or apartment.

My mother is moving into Prestwick Chase. It's very pleasant. The staff who assisted me was excellent. They have a game room, a sewing room, a library, a beauty shop, and arts and crafts. The dining area looks very nice.

My tour at Prestwick Chase was outstanding. The apartments were gorgeous, and I was very impressed with the amenities. We really enjoyed the place. It had three dining rooms.

Prestwick was really very nice, but it lacked a pool. It provided 3 meals, but we really didn't think we'd need it because we're quite active. We found it to be overpriced. The rooms were very nice, and the kitchen was properly stocked with the right appliances. The facilities were top-notch, the people were extremely friendly, and they provided a lot of free space outside. The grounds were properly manicured, and there were wooded areas, hiking trials, and putting greens. They had barber shops, and they had 3 dining rooms.

My mother is at Prestwick Chase. She has been there about a year at this point. It is a beautiful setting. The apartments are beautiful. They do have an active calendar and social events. They have classes and gatherings. They have a social every Friday afternoon with live music, which is very nice. They have special events for the holidays too. They also provide a van service twice a week to local supermarkets so that people who want to do their shopping but don’t have their own transportation can do that, which is great. My mother walks with a walker but she can manage with a van, and the staff at the place helps to bring up the groceries to the apartment so that the people don’t have to carry them. Things like that are very important. They do have meal plans. Some people have a complete meal plan where they have all their dinners downstairs in a beautiful restaurant. Otherwise you can have 10 dinners a month or whatever it maybe. Food is good. It is good variety and good quality. My mother has her own kitchen but she doesn’t cook much anymore. Her apartment is complete. Each apartment comes with its bathroom, which is easily accessible for elder person even if they need a walker in the bathroom. There is a complete kitchen with refrigerator, a small washer-dryer and also a dishwasher. The apartment is lovely and kept up. The staff is generally nice. The staff that works in the kitchen and that provides service in the larger dining room are very nice. The administrative staff is very busy. I wish they’re a little bit more accessible, but they’re alright.

Terrific Independent Living Community. My Aunt has a lovely place. People seem very spiritual and content. I found Prestwick extremely clean, offering a tremendous amount of daily activities and trips. The place is beautifully impressive! I highly recommend this Independent living community.

I think Prestwick Chase is very nice. It is very clean and it is in a beautiful location. The food is good and their apartments are nice. My mom has been there for 6 to 7 years. We're trying to convince her that she needed to move to an ALF but she won't go. We have absolutely no complaints with this facility but it is independent living. However, my mom needs more care than independent living gives, so that's not their problem, that's our problem. My mother just won't go, so we have kind of given up until she has some kind of incident where we can move her. We're very pleased with Prestwick Chase. For independent living they're just wonderful people and it's very nice facility. I absolutely would recommend this to others.

Overall a beautiful facility, but has many flaws after living there a while. Expensive for what what you get. Inflexible rules for some things. Gated community sounds like a great idea but fails to work for family members who are not allowed to have easy access. Think carefully and talk to others before moving in.

My friend moved into Prestwick Chase after her husband passed away She lives at Prestwick Chase and absolutely loves it. She has met new friends and has all kinds of activities in which she can choose to participate. She has the option of fixing her own meals in her apartment or purchasing different meal plans where she can eat in a formal dining room or in a cafe style dining room. Her sizable apartment has two bedrooms, with a kitchen and sitting room and a screened in porch. The facility allows small pets and she has a cat and all the employees are polite and friendly. It is so inviting that I have entertained the thought of eventually living there.
