Windsor Park is a great place! Everyone here treats patients and guests with care. My friend had to stay here for rehab and all of the staff were kind to her. They treated me very well although I was just there to meet my friend.

I toured Windsor Park Nursing Home. It was dark. I didn't have a good feeling about the environment. The staff was nice, but the people who were there and the patients all looked very unhappy. It's just not good. The rooms weren't particularly attractive.

Very good rehab & nursing home. They really do take care of their patients in both friendly & professional manner. Especially, Jaconto, RN & Jessy, Manager are very cooperative, also the social worker. They allow visitor 24/7 without any restriction (of course will full precaution). Overall, a very good place for people who need help.

My mom is here at Windsor Park for more than eight years and during these eight years, the staff and the care takers have been like family members to us! Most of them are the same we met on the first day. I do compliment and even pray for their well being because I feel they have provided the best care my mom could have received. And they are all adored by my mom.

They had some pretty great people that worked here. Jessie, Anne and Sandy are very helpful. Karen the head nurse was great. I want to appreciate all the work they did for my mother!

Everyone here treats patients and guests with care and thoughtfulness. My friend had to stay here for rehab and all of the staff were kind to her and us as visitors. She was in another place prior to this and got COVID and was treated poorly. This place makes you feel like family!! Thank you!!!!

Best facility by far, staff is so genuinely caring and their team is always available to speak to family at all times, always keeping you updated on your loved ones. Will highly recommend to anyone!

They dont care about there front desk workers. They are underpaid and perform several job positions. The front desk personal could not handle work load

My mother-in-law was at Windsor Park Nursing Home. The staff seemed to be very caring. They always seemed to know where she was when we came to visit. She was in the wheelchair, and she would move around, but they always knew if she was in her room or in the common room or whatever. The staff was very friendly, they were welcoming, and I will give them a lot of credit because there were a lot of stroke patients that couldn't speak or move -- they just kind of sat there all day -- and they were equally warm and tender with them. At least, that was what I saw. The place was very clean, but the rooms were small. As a facility in itself, it was kind of depressing because I believe it was an old school building -- minimum height ceilings, small rooms, and compared with where she is now, the rooms are much bigger, and it is more open space. It is just a different feel. The dining room was an open space with fewer windows, and it was right off of the main entry. Security was right as you entered. There was this locked door where you have to be buzzed through, and as soon as you got through the door, there was a welcome desk -- which was behind glass for security reasons -- and you have to wonder if your loved ones are living here and the nurses are behind the security glass, what is going on. Something was not right in that section. The only she took part in was physical therapy.

We want to express our deep appreciation for the excellent care my sister received during her 13-month stay at the Windsor Park Nursing Home in Queens Village (NYC) prior to her passing having suffered for several years from early onset dementia. She came to Windsor Park after having been a resident at several rather fancy assisted living facilities. However, as her condition deteriorated, she was unable to remain there. What set Windsor Park apart was not only the willingness to accommodate her, but also the wonderful, caring attention that she received from the staff--by far the kindest and most professional we have ever had the pleasure of working with. In our opinion, it is the staff that sets Windsor Park apart from all the rest. Forget about expensive facilities and round-the-clock programming--these attributes pale in comparison to the loving care residents receive from attending staff. My sister was always clean and well groomed at Windsor Park, her hair, nails, and skin meticulously cared for. We also appreciated the extraordinary time the staff took feeding her as she was unable to feed herself. Windsor Park has our highest recommendation
