My mother recently passed from an ongoing illness. During her battle she was back and forth between home, The hospital and The Enclave. The entire staff went out of their way to make my mother feel welcome and comfortable. At the end of her life they took especially good care of her and helped our family with any accommodations we requested.

The rooms are dated, unlike the photos of the lobby. Everytime you get on the elevator it has gas odor. The diming area was filthy. As a matter of fact the cleanest we saw it was the night we took my mother out, after informing them of the maltreatment pf patients there and the filth. My mother came home with a bedsore, rather than work with us to get treatment for my mother, the social worker, Janel thanked me for the photo and then said it was not possible to k ow that it was my mother. Really Janel did I go aroumd photographing elderly people behinds an 1 hoir and 45 minutes after leaving the Enclave. If you Love your family member, believe that the elderly should be treated with dignity do not go here.

I visited my grandfather one time and immediately knew that I had to remove him from this facility. It looks modern when you first walk in, but the rooms are in poor condition. The TV remote was filthy, the linens were very thin, and the toilet (which he couldn’t use) had discolored water in it. His room had no tissues, and the only hand sanitizer dispenser that I could find was in the front lobby. The residents are removed from their beds one time daily and then placed in a common room or in the hallways and just left to stare at each other. This place is a disgrace.
