I toured The Residences at Plainview. I saw a lot of activities. They were playing mahjong and cards in the lobby. What I liked about it is there are a lot of little nooks where you can go. It wasn't just like one area. It was a Marriott years ago, and they took it over. They showed me beautiful apartments. It went from studios to one-bedroom to two-bedroom. Some of them had two bathrooms. They had full kitchens. Everything was very well maintained. Everything looked good. Everything was in good condition. It was lovely. They have a small bus that will take you to the doctor, food shopping, and stuff like that.

I went to tour The Residences at Plainview. It was very, very nice. The rooms were nice and big. The bedroom was quite big. The closets were quite big, too, and that was very nice. I really liked them, but I can't afford almost $5,000 for that. They were very expensive. You get a breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You can go in the lounge, where you can have a cocktail, a coffee, or whatever during the day. They have a bus that takes you on certain days to do some shopping. I saw a 1-bedroom apartment. The only thing that I was worried about was that it opens with a key, like a credit card. I was afraid that I could lose that. There are people that come in and do the wash and dry it; although, I do my wash myself because it came with a washer and dryer. The staff who did the tour was very nice. They had a library, a game room, an exercise room, a reading room, and a place where you could do puzzles. They said that doctors can come and visit, if you need a doctor to come and visit. It did have a lot, but it was way out of my reach. They had a swimming pool outside. It was not a very large swimming pool, but a narrow long one. They had a dining room and a breakfast place, where you can go have your breakfast, lunch and dinner. The lounge area was quite big. They have certain days where they have different functions for the residents. The staff were very good and very helpful.

I went to The Residences at Plainview. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. The place in itself is very spacious and well kept up. There are two pools, an indoor and an outdoor and that's unusual. The ambience is great because it was an inn originally and it still has that look and feel. There's a library, a gym, a sauna, an arts and crafts room, and a technical room. The apartments were spacious.
