Constructed in 2010, it offers 89 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, each with an open floor plan, full kitchen with dishwasher, walk-in closet and balcony or patio. Thanks to assistance from government programs, water and gas charges are included in the monthly rent, though electricity is extra. A wireless emergency response system helps provide residents with peace of mind, and 24-hour emergency maintenance is available.

Residents can also plant and harvest personal gardens and have access to the community greenhouse. This smoke-free, pet-friendly community has on-site laundry and offers resident storage for added convenience.
