The staff at this facility are kind, polite, caring people. They went out of their way to accommodate my friend and have been providing great care. The rooms are clean and the views outside are wonderful. It is a clean facility and the residents are treated with compassion and dignity. Everyone has been helpful and accommodating . If you need a place for your loved ones, I recommend you go and visit The Eleanor.

If I could give zero stars I would. My 95 year old grandmother suffered an "unwitnessed fall" and was sent to the hospital in an ambulance alone with NO paperwork at midnight on a weekday. She is an Alzheimer patient. When my aunt arrived to get her things the next day she found my Nanas soiled clothing on the floor next to her bed. She had only been a resident for 10 days

If I had better options, I would not want my loved one at this facility. There are some nurses and CNAs that go above and beyond to make sure he is taken care of during their shift, but there are many times he's neglected. There have been times I have called to check on him and he needed toileting assistance. An hour or more later, he was still waiting for a bedpan. They don't provide basic hygiene needs such as weekly showers or brushing teeth (he needs assistance with both at times). When he receives his food, it's usually cold. Staff members need to communicate better amongst themselves and with patients and family regarding patient care needs and goals. These are issues that lowers a person's dignity. Staffing needs to be increased, and the current staff needs to learn to have empathy and compassion for their patients.

Don’t send your loved one here this is a bad place. Food is never hot and is disgusting. They are under staffed some nurse working doubles. There are some nice aides but most run around with their phones instead of doing their job. You won’t get your bed changed unless you ask 5 or 6 times. The overnight shift never answers you light. The state should take a good look at this place..

The staff are so nice here. Iacia is the best CNA and she always treats me well. Also, Michelle is very good to me. Pearl is the best activities director I love her, she always invites me personally.

I have been living at The Eleanor for over a year and I have been very comfortable. The staff are nice and they treat me well. My thinker is still thinking and they always speak to me politely. The new activity staff are nice. I want more Bingo games

If I could give this place a negative star then it would be -10! I came here for short term rehab and I've been here for 2 months, due to lack of physical therapy I have made NO improvement at all. The nursing care is horrendous! The nurses aides are more concerned about their personal phone calls then they are you you as an individual. The night shift staff is NOT at all respectful of you getting rest. They walk through the halls laughing and talking loudly and when they enter the room they flick on the brightest light there is. You have no recourse because the administration and owners here DON'T CARE!

Thank you to Quaker Hill Manor (AKA Victory Lake) staff for the wonderful care I received while I was a resident for 17 months. When I first arrived I was worried about being around resident's who were much older than I, but once I got to know everyone I realized they were just as lively and fun to be around. The staff were so nice. They took the time to listen to my needs. Even if I was having a bad day, they still listened. Quaker Hill Manor has helped me find myself. I received positive feed back from people I didn't even know. The activities were great. It helped keep my problems off my mind. The atmosphere of the building, trees and grass are so serene, it gave me a peaceful feeling. The food was good too. I recommended Quaker Hill Manor to anyone in need of help with self or a loved one. I just might have to go back there someday. Thanks again everyone. A.C.
