I have to say this is a really nice place. If you have family that needs a place to stay this might be the place. My aunt has been living here for about 20 years. The staff is so nice and helpful to me and my aunt. I have found it to be really clean inside and the rooms are very nice. I have met quite a few of the staff and they have all been very pleasant to deal with. The people that live there range in ages. I met a young man probably in his 20's who just fell on hard times and needed to live there. He said that it was a great place and liked being there, it beats living on the streets he said.

The facility is very clean and the staff were very welcoming to us and our family. They had a nice variety of activities for residents to do during the day.

Queens Adult Care Center's rooms were fine and clean, and the people were very nice. They have meals. The place is spacious and clean. We also got a nice welcome from the director.

I did not like Queens Adult Care Center nor the area it was in at all. It was dirty outside, and the staff was not so friendly nor accommodating. There was nothing good about this community.

If I was looking for an assisted living facility to go to I would look anywhere else. I would not want my loved one subjected to being bullied by staff or inferior facilities where the Department of Health is called in on a regular basis for failing to meet regulations. Furthermore staff does not care about it's residents only about ensuring that their beds are filled with clients. Bottom line: save yourself the trouble and don't even call..

My aunt is in Queens assisted living. The staff is very personable, very easy to talk to, and easy to get a hold of. The rooms seem OK. She shares a room with another woman. She is not complaining about the food.

This is not a place you would want your loved one to reside in. Very unsafe. Staff does not care about residence at all.
