My mom was in Camphill Ghent for a while and she was in the assisted living. She stayed there for about 2 years. Overall, it's probably the best place in the world to go. The food is as organic as possible. It's phenomenal. That's where I wanna go when I get sick or old. The staff is friendly, warm, kind, knowledgeable and everything you would want. They're brand new, they're only like 5 years old. And it was also built in a farm field, so they have ponds, ducks, trees, and deer, and everything is environmentally friendly. Everything is organic, they don't even have wi-fi. They have internet, but it's on wires on the ground, so even for people who are sensitive to like signals and that kind of stuff. They have all sorts of art classes, pottery, woodworking, people come in and play music once a week, and they go on tours.
