I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My loved one has been there 4 weeks+ & Developed a stage 3 ulcer on her back. The head LPN has done nothing since I found it at stage 1 while bathing her. The 1st floor is where she is & staffing have ignored her cries for help, don't clean her much & do very poor job when they do. Bad place !

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband spent two weeks here before he passed away. I had to plead with the staff for updates and to speak with the doctor, who never once called me. I never received one useful or honest word from anyone on the staff. He went for days without receiving his daily medications. He was left without water for days at a time. I finally did receive a call from the nurse supervisor to inform me that my husband had passed away. They called me twice more that day to find out if I had made arrangements yet to pick up my husband's body. They needed something from me, so suddenly they wanted to talk. Suddenly they needed ME to take immediate action. Their entire staff is culpable in my husband's death: the administration officers, the social works office, nursing, and the nurse's aides. They all gave their best concerted effort to maintain the 1 out of 5 rating at that time. The DOH should have shut this place down a long time ago.

I am/was a resident of this facility

I’ve laid in my own feces for 15 hours without being changed. The bandages on my foot have not been changed properly and have been exposed to the air when they were supposed to be moist. Do you ring the bell to get the nurse and she doesn’t come for three hours. They tell you they’ll be back and they don’t come back Some staff members and some numbers are just mean.I would never ever send anyone to his place for rehab.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband is currently a patient there. The staff are lazy, they don’t care. They have lost so many of his clothes even though I have signs that say Family does laundry. He has been out of the hospital 1 week and they till have not returned his belongings to him. Missing his laptop and personal belongings and no one cares. From the aids to the director of nursing whom was very rude to me on the phone. It’s so frustrating because I cannot go there to take care of things because of Covid-19. I have never seen such a horrible place!! I wouldn’t send my dog there.

I visited this facility

Loved the facility. Clean rooms and great staff. I saw the residents doing great Valentine's Day art projects with awesome supplies. They just partnered up with the Buffalo Sabres and it is so cool for a facility to care that much!

I visited this facility

This place should allow animals not humans they treat there residents like animals..... They starve people let residents sit in pissy diapers for 8 plus hours they abuse there residents by kerping them in bed for days and the residents stsy there because they cant get up they cant walk or speak gor themselves.... The state should shut them down and if they dont they are just as guilty

I am a friend or relative of resident

They neglect thier patients, my loved one told a nurse he had to use the bed pan 3 times and he never got one, finally he ended up pooping himself and than he told the nurse and he ended up sitting in his own feces for a hour (this wa NOT a one time thing either). One particular nurse was always rude to him. A few times they "forgot" to send his breakfast and lunch with him when he left to go to dialasys making him go all day with no food (horrible thing for a diabetics health). Yesterday the "waterfront" van "forgot" to pick him up after dialasys (he left at 6 am, got done with his treatment at 11 am but never got picked up until almost 6 pm, mind you this was one of the days he didnt get his breakfast or lunch and by the time he got back his dinner had been sitting for over a hour in his room so it was ver un-apealling). Walking in to the front door makes my skin crawl, all you smell is human piss and shit. The floors are very sticky!! I wouldnt send my worse enemy to this hell hole
