I toured this facility a little while back and really was impressed. I informed them I would like to move there within the next few months. It looked recently renovated, place smelled good. I was able to taste some of the food that was served and it tasted as good as any restaurant. Staff was super nice and professional.

In New South Shore Manor you have to share a room. The place was flooded out, but it was nothing like I pictured, and I was anxious to live there. The staff member only showed me one room. I didn't want to be in a sharing situation, and for the price, it's too much for sharing. I didn't even like the smell once I got in; they had a water leak. It just turned me off. I thought that for the price the place would be all right. I wouldn't send my dog there. The people were old and they were just sitting around on a bench. I guess the staff member felt that the place was not for me and I didn't want to be there, so she opened up a door to show me the room. The room had a person on one bed and the other bed was made up to look better.

I was impressed with New South Shore Manor. It seemed to be in a very quiet neighborhood, and the place is very clean. If I can get things worked out, that's where I would like to go. The staff members were very good. Food smelled and looked good.

New South Shore Manor was a very nice place. The only thing I didn't like is that it isn't close to any grocery stores or supermarkets. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms were more like studios. They just didn't have the facilities for cooking, and you can't cook in your own apartment, and I prefer to cook for myself. The activities were really nice and they have plenty of things to do. They have an exercise room, and a place where you can play cards, bingo, and chess.

We went to New South Shore Manor. The rooms were smaller than the other places we visited. The facilities in general were smaller and the overall appearance was less attractive.
