If your loved ones cannot speak English I absolutely do not recommend this facility. They will not accommodate nor will they use translators.

The food was absolutely dismal -- substandard. I thought that the administrative nursing was very efficient, the doctors who were caring for me were very efficient, the Asian crew did the best they can with what they had (they didn't have much), I found the physical therapy people extremely conscientious, I found the aides reasonably conscientious -- but a little bit invasive with privacy issues -- they kept the facility clean (the cleaning staff), and the general nursing staff was a little bit behind the ball. It was difficult to get medication on time, and that caused problems for me because I had the abscess on my spine -- which was pressing into my nerve -- and I was often in pain. The social service staff while they function seemed efficient; you actually get this sense that if you brought up any kind of frustration you had with the place or the way they were handling something, they kind of got very stiff-necked with you. Like I said, the administrative nursing staff and my doctors I had no problems with. They were very good. And the physical therapy staff didn't have a lot to work with, but the people themselves in the therapy were extremely conscientious.

This facility is just wonderful! They really helped my sister out. When she first got to them, she couldn't do anything. She couldn't recognize who I was, she didn't recognize who she was. The facility brought her back to herself. It was a very good facility. They brought my sister back! Before, she was talking about dead people, like she was ready to go. But the people in the facility was very good with my sister. I could brag about them, too! They were great! My sister needed rehab and she got it. She had shown great improvement. If you do need any kind of rehabilitation, this is the place to go. They never let them forget that they are human beings and I really like that.
