I visited a friend at Faatz-Crofut Home for the Elderly. It had a homey atmosphere, and it felt very comfortable. They were very welcoming. The staff was real good, friendly, and accommodating. They had card games and movies, and they took some of the residents for walks.

The Home Is An Excellent Choice For Assisted Living If You Live Near Auburn, NY. The Providers Provide A Homelike Living Experience For Residents w/ Rooms For Each Resident, Activities, Meals -3 Per Day,Nursing Staff 24 Hours A Day, Etc. The People At The Home Really Care About The Resident's and Their Families Which Is Something That Is Unheard Of Now A Days. The Facility Does Not Smell Badly Like Many Elderly Facility's Do - Take It From Me My Mother Lives There and I'm Very Sensitive To Bad ...

Everything about this home was wonderful. It is a facility that was originally built and housed Civil War orphans and widows. It is now a living home for older people most of whom can tend to themselves. The staff there is wonderful. a lot of activities for the people. We always visited at a time when the residents were involved in an activity, so it was fun to see the interaction of them all.
