The Horizon Center is a residential care facility that offers nursing and rehabilitation services to seniors. Registered nurses are available 24 hours a day to supervise patients and assist them with treatment and medication. Each clinician at this facility is trained to administer a number of medical treatments to seniors, including post-orthopedic surgery, aggressive post-stroke care, IV therapy and pain management. With help from state-of-the-art equipment, staff members are also equipped to treat the needs of rehabilitation patients.
