I had an in-person tour of Baker Place. The tour wasn't that bad. The person whom I spoke to was the director, and she was very cooperative. She showed me a single-room and a two-bedroom apartment. They were clean and spacious. I loved the layout. It was great and easy to access different areas. I saw a garden and a little courtyard. The staff was very well-informed and polite.

Baker Place was a very, very nice facility. I had an opportunity to tour a couple of rooms, and they were very, very good accommodations for my wife. I saw an activity there, and they were playing bingo. They had a lot of common areas like a big TV room and a couple of areas that had a television and a couple of sofas and chairs. They also had an activity room and a dining area. The dining area was very good. The staff said their capacity was like 47 tenants, so it's a lot smaller. I saw the courtyard from the room where a lady was at the time. The courtyard goes around but they're all connected, so it was very nice. I was impressed with the community. I talked to one staff member, and then as we were doing the tour, I met the director and three or four nurses that were right near the area of the bingo room. They seemed very friendly. What I liked the most was the people that I met and the cleanliness of the place. It was a step above, so that's the one I'm going to zero in on. It was very impressive.

Baker Place was nice and very comfortable. People were happy there. My mom was happy with it. It's a reasonably nice place, and my mom would be comfortable there.
